GoogleExcellent experience. Shane and the team could not have done more to sell my home. They always made themselves available to potential buyers , communication was very good; and we had an offer confirmed in a very short time. The whole experience was very positive and competitively priced. It was good to also have someone dedicated to liaising with solicitors etc. 10/10 would thoroughly recommend Marks & Mann.

Having checked our system we have not had any dealing with a Mary Smith and as this would appear to be a new account we believe this to be a fake review that has been reported to Google.

GoogleWe had a great experience buying our home with Marks and Mann, they have been in constant contact with us on every and each step of what had been such a stressful time and they were there all the way to reassure us and make things happened. We have moved into our dream home and couldn’t be more thankful for such excellent team.

GoogleUnfortunately, I have had a terrible experience with Marks and Mann. Communication was awful - I wasn't contacted to be given any updates about my property and I had to chase and leave several messages to speak to Ross. When I eventually spoke to Ross it felt uncomfortable and I was given the impression that he couldn't be bothered to put any effort into the sale of my property. When I put my property up for sale with Marks and Mann they initially put the incorrect photos up and didn't bother putting a for sale sign.. I wouldn't waste your time or energy with this agent. Please go elsewhere.

GoogleWe found a property we loved through Marks and Mann so i called and spoke to Shane who was fantastic from the outset! Having a property to sell we wanted a quick sale. Shane came round and had our house on the market within a day with a number of viewings lined up and we sold the same day! We are now in our forever home and couldn't be happier! Special Thanks to Shane and all at Marks and Mann.
