GoogleThis is a company that goes the extra mile and much more! They were so helpful, supportive, very pleasant to interact with. They carried me safely and stress-free through all the issues that inevitably came up with house purchase and moving including dealing with those slow solicitors!

GoogleWe bought our property in November with the estate agent being Marks and Mann. They were happy to accommodate our request for multiple viewings and gave us great ideas as to what we could do with the property if we bought it. They were brilliant throughout, ensuring we received weekly updates on progress as well as helping any delays in the chain. Would definitely recommend Marks and Mann, thank you for making our move a lot less stressful!

GoogleSean was very helpful and approachable and answered all our questions throughout this process. I’m very disappointed that our prospective property has fallen through, however Sean has made himself available every time we contacted him. I greatly appreciate his time.

GoogleHaving had some negative experience in the past with estate agents (feeling like we were pieces in a game rather than customers), and now we've worked with Marks and Mann to sell and buy our homes, my opinion has totally changed. From the beginning, the service was friendly and supportive. At every stage we felt that the team were working for, and on our behalf, rather than simply trying to meet financial quotas. Whilst the team have all been kind and helpful, we were especially impressed by Tony who was flexible enough to give us multiple visits to the property when requested, Emma who kept everything moving and was a great support in explaining processes (with immense friendliness! ), and Shane who was professional and kept everything ticking along and seemed to know everything that was going on. Although I hope to never have to move again, I would not hesitate from using or recommending Marks and Mann in the future. I simply couldn't have asked for a better service throughout. Thank you, Marks and Mann team!

GoogleWe bought our first home with Marks & Mann and had a great experience, they went above and beyond to sort out a few issues we had, Emma, Shane and Louise were extremely helpful and also so easy to contact for any questions we had. We would 100% recommend Marks & Mann

GoogleI requested 5 local estate agents to value my house & discuss how they would go about selling my property & Marks & Mann by far impressed me the most with not only their price, but the research they had done on the property before the visit, the honesty and the way they put me at ease as it was the first time I was selling a house. They managed to find a buyer on the first day of viewings which was fantastic & they kept us updated throughout the whole process with regular updates. They also happened to be the estate agent for the house I was buying and again they were fantastic on this side too. There were delays in the chain and Marks & Mann helped chase solicitors and helped plan the move dates. They went above and beyond & I have already recommended them to friends and family & will only use them if I move again in the future. Thanks Shane, Emma, Louise and the rest of the team.

GoogleThis is my second experience with Marks and Mann and once again they did not fail to impress. From the valuation to the amazing photos, the time and care they took in handling my sale was professional, with integrity and personal to my situation. I worked closely with Shane and Louise, who always looked to exceed my expectations and often did. Selling a property is not easy, but Marks and Mann take on the stress, regularly communicate and are realistic in their valuations. Thank you for all of your help

GoogleThe sellers of our first home chose Marks and Mann as their estate agents and I’m so glad they did! Shane, Louise and team were extremely helpful throughout the whole process and I’ve never known estate agents (or anyone in the industry) to be so efficient and on the ball! They were always on hand to help with any little query and pushed the transaction along very nicely. Marks and Mann will always be the ones we turn to for estate agents in future! They have set the bar high and other estate agents could certainly learn a thing or two from them! I can’t thank them enough, highly recommend.

GoogleI found Mark's and Mann excellent when selling my Mother's house. The house sold very quickly. Neither my Brother or myself live in the area, but we were kept well updated. Any queries were dealt with quickly. I found the team friendly, efficient and professional.
