GoogleI am not even their client, I am purchasing a house for which they are agents. I had to exchange on my house just before finding the house of my dreams, as my buyers had waited so long. So, there was so much pressure to get my new house over the line and in time for my set completion date, with a small chain involved. Despite that I can honestly say that Emma, Shane and the team at Marks and Mann, Martlesham went above and beyond to get the chain exchanged very quickly indeed, especially as there was a major blip along the way. Emma was very quick to think outside the box and find a solution, which saved the chain from collapsing and me having nowhere to live. Thanks to them and the Solicitors involved, I am now looking forwards to moving into my new house. All in all, I would totally recommend them :) Kim

GoogleMarks and Mann were so helpful with the sale of our house. I've moved a lot and they are the best agent I have worked with. In particular Shane and Emma could not have done more for us. Our chain was not straight forward but they helped us navigate it all, we couldn't have done it without them.

GoogleI really want to recommend Marks and Mann Estate Agent, nothing is too much trouble. All the staff have been polite, deligent and charming with a "can do" work ethic. Always following through with timely communication directly with me via emails and phone calls, sometimes after work hours! I would have been lost without their input and tactful negotiations in what has been a problematic sale. The best agents I have ever used.

GoogleWhat a company! As a first time buyers this was such a daunting process for my partner and I. Emma was amazing she was so helpful and would help us at time of day, nothing was too much to ask for. We had some hiccups along the way but she helped us out when needed and kept it on track. She was great as communicating with the sell and getting our questions across. Louise was brilliant, keep us up to date with process and what's needed and the next steps. Couldn't recommend a company more!

GoogleBrought my first home which was advertised through mark's and Mann. Emma was amazing throughout and so helpful with a complicated sale, and was so supportive through a stressful process as there were a few curve balls thrown in seller side! As a first time buyer her advice and knowledge was so helpful, I also used the broker she recommended and this service was also fab. Her communication was fantastic and I am so grateful to Emma and her team for helping me and my girls into our home. Highly recommend :)
