GoogleCould not have asked for a better mortgage advisor than Dan Waddingham. When I first came to Dan I was very disheartened at the thought of needing to sell my flat (first home) in order to buy a house, however Dan showed my multiple options and I now have a home I love as well as the ability to keep my flat. GooglePoor communication - including a three word email response from Ella in Sales. Not the fault of the Estate Agent that we were misled by Vendors - but communication could have been much better. Update: Review amended- in fairness to Manners and Harrison, our poor experience was primarily due to the duplicitous behaviour of the Vendors and not the fault of Manners and Harrison.

GoogleDan from Manners and Harrison has been exceptional to me and my partner whilst buying our first home. Not only explaining all of the information we didn’t have knowledge of in good detail. He was only ever a message or a phone call away if we had any queries or issues, weekdays, weekends or evenings. He has accommodated to us so well! We appreciate the help we have received in getting us our first property and know now with the one of fee we have paid that Manners and Harrison can help us for a lifetime! Can’t recommend enough!

They completely took care of everything starting with the valuation to the sale. The whole experience was easy and pleasant and they sold the house in 4 days! Couldn’t fault them, great communication and service. They know what they are doing.
