GoogleI can't thanks the team enough for helping me find the perfect little house for me to put my stamp on! The service was excellent, I never felt as if i was a bother to Antonia and the team, who were happy to help with any questions and go the extra mile to be the go between between the seller and myself. They directed me to the mortgage and local legal services which saved me lots of time and hassle and I can't praise Mike enough for his professional approach to the finance aspect and speedy response to emails. My experience of manners and harrison's hartlepool branch could not have been better. Offer to keys in no chain purchase impressively speedy - thanks for the support

GoogleExcellent service!! Highly recommend. Our advisor Aimee was so friendly and helpful. The fact that she built up a rapport with us first meant a lot - another broker we talked to in the area just didn't have this skill!
We had so many questions about the buying process (first time buyers), Aimee answered everything, nothing was too much trouble. Any queries we had along the way were replied to very quickly and it was reassuring to know that we could have guidance throughout the whole process if and when we needed it.

Fantastic service...Excellent staff.It has been a bit of a bumpy ride buying and selling our property( nothing to do with Manners and HarrisonManners and Harrison staff have been fantastic, they have kept us fully informed, let us view countless properties ,numerous times ,and made buying our next property so much easier .The only thing I did wrong was I used a different estate agent to sell my old property , I wish I had used these estate agents...All the staff have been there 100% and I can not thank them enough .Yes there are slightly cheaper on line estate agents you can use but it just is not worth the stress.I can not recommend them highly enough.

Manners and Harrison do not do what they say, staff can't answer your questions. They tell you one thing and do another. I would not use them ever again if they were the last estate agents on the planet absolute rubbish.
