GoogleReally appreciate these guys. If you are looking to buy, or sell these guys make sense, because they help people buy property which helps sellers sell! As an example of the service they give I bought a small house from them, but came to get in but problems. None of this was there fault or responsibility but they even contacted the seller to see if a restriction on the house, which was none. And they recommended me a locksmith they use and got their number. These guys have been genuine throughout my journey, Antonia really organised and did viewings altogether with local knowledge of the area, Peter has been straight talking and honest and will go out of his way to help and did great progressing a sale with my solicitors... which it turned out have been difficult and slow, but through persistence with the solicitors Peter helped my purchase complete faster. Definitely recommend.

GoogleWe have a property that has been on the market for almost two years with other local estate agents; in all that time we only had about 4 viewings. Recently we decided to change our estate agent and contacted Manners and Harrison; within two weeks not only had we had viewings but we received two offers. Such a professional service from everyone we have had contact with. I would like to mention Peter Aves specifically who is our main contact. Peter has kept us informed every step of the way and has advised accordingly. Excellent service. I would highly recommend this estate agent.

GoogleI have recently just had my offer accepted on a house that I loved. The team were brilliant they ensured I was in the best position for if any other offers came in. I met with Aimee who worked quickly at getting my ID sorted, talked me through the process and gave me advice on mortgages. Following this Eleanor was my point of contact and she was amazing she was in regular contact with me and dealt with all my pestering phone calls, nothing was a problem for her. She was professional yet personal in how she interacted, she knew everything that was happening and ensured everything was done accurately. Cannot recommend the company enough and particularly Aimee and Eleanor who have taken care of me.

Would agree with a previous review, over promise, under deliver. Price to sell my property 1k more expensive than other high street agents. Feel totally let down. Luckily I got out before having to pay (cause they didn't sell my house).

I used this company to purchase a property but I would recommend for those purchases or buying. I have been looking to buy property in Hartlepool. Unfortunately being based down South I couldn't go to local agents easily to ask questions or book viewings, only relying on making enquiries through Zoopla. Unfortunately other agents were not responsive to me, so no doubt also giving vendors less viewings and less chance to sell. M&h were the opposite! They were very responsive, sent me emails of properties I may like, and worked with me to do multiple viewings in the same day so I could see what property I liked. So I didn't need to feel so bothered on those other agents! Anthonia gave insights into local area on viewings and Peter and Lesley really helped in dealing with my poorly communicating solicitors in getting a sale through although all the team has been responsive and helpful whenever I called in. If I don't privately rent out, I will use m&h for lettings too!

GoogleThe last 5 months have been very disappointing with Manners and Harrison Hartlepool. After being promised the earth to sell our house , the communication has been terrible. Everyone you need to speak has been 'in a meeting'. The good reviews above are generally about 'finding a house' not selling yours ! They don't seem to understand that you are the ' client'. Emails will be replied to if you are lucky. The sales team seem very young and inexperienced. Would not recommend at all.

GoogleAfter having terrible trouble with my partners property through Dowens who couldn’t even manage a call back I was so impressed with Manners and Harrison. The photos were a million times better, customer service was impeccable and they sold his house in 3 weeks!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone, my father is also selling his house with them at the moment and he said they have been brilliant! 5 stars 🌟

GoogleManners and Harrison were amazing during my house purchase. From the start of the process Aimee, my mortgage advisor, made sure I understood all parts of the buy and was always in hand to answer any questions I had. Every step was made clear and transparent. Their office always replied to emails and answered calls, even going as far to help move my purchase along when solicitors communications slowed. The sales team were courteous, friendly and approachable - this made the whole process less stressful. I would thoroughly recommend Manners and Harrison Hartlepool to anyone wanting to purchase a property. I would especially recommend them for any first time buyers, as they make the process so simple and keep you informed at every point. I will certainly use them again in the future! GoogleEvery single time I have tried to arrange a flat viewing no one has turned up to meet me. I have sat around for an hour and a half in the past waiting for someone to turn up and this has been on more than one occasion. Absolutely ridiculous will be avoiding this company from now on.

With the recent popularity of online estate agents I'd still recommend a traditional est agent like manners and Harrison . You can always speak to them on the phone and know who your dealing with . A service Worth paying for when selling your house.

GoogleI was a first time buyer and I initially only contacted Manners and Harrison for a viewing, however after a consolation I ended up booking an appointment with a mortgage adviser. I would absolutely recommend both this service and Manners and Harrison to anyone, the staff have been very helpful and Aimee was great! A*

It has been a bit of a bumpy ride buying and selling our property( nothing to do with Manners and Harrison Manners and Harrison staff have been fantastic, they have kept us fully informed, let us view countless properties ,numerous times ,and made buying our next property so much easier . The only thing I did wrong was I used a different estate agent to sell my old property , I wish I had used these estate agents... All the staff have been there 100% and I can not thank them enough . Yes there are slightly cheaper on line estate agents you can use but it just is not worth the stress. I can not recommend them highly enough.
