Claire Moore (who works at the Hartlepool branch) talked me through a range of different options available to me. Furthermore, she was patient, professional and supportive throughout. GoogleI have dealt with Manners a lot of the years with mixed success. However, where I have always had success is with Claire Moore (who recently returned thankfully). Her professionalism, friendliness, market knowledge and communication skills including responsiveness are fantastic and she often goes above and beyond (outside of work hours) to address any issues and help expedite matters outside of her domain where she can (for example sales - when she deals with lettings). I trust her advice and would always listen to what she has to say when it comes to tenant finding. I hope to deal with her for many years to come.

If I was unsure of anything he was very patient and nothing was a problem to him. I also want to thank him very much for getting me my Life Insurance as he knows it meant alot to me and I finally got it with his help. Very professional and very knowledgeable. GoogleHave ignored my emails and telephone calls for a month regarding Tenancy Deposit release. Both landlord & tenant in agreement who the deposit should be refunded to & both have communicated this with Manners&Harrison. Very poor service, TDS was brought in to stop landlords sitting on deposits, now the estage agent controls it at their leisure.

GoogleIf I could give zero stars I would. Second time they have messed us around viewing a house to rent. First time was last year when we went to view a house on the oval in Middlesbrough, we waited they didn't turn up, phoned to be told "we haven't got the keys"! Not a good enough excuse when you could have called to let us know this, yet you waited until AFTER the appointment time when WE had to call you to find out where you were. And today we travelled over 25 miles to view a property that you had to rent, we were running a little late due to traffic, my husband rang to let you know this to be told the same clap trap again "we haven't got the keys" we arranged the appointment with yourselves for 11am for you to again not let us know that you don't have the keys, YOU have wasted our time, energy and fuel and you didn't have the decency to call us! What kind of outfit are you?! Obviously one that can NOT be trusted!
