I have a good experience with Manner and Harrison since we bought the house 7 years ago. We did the remortgage with our new broker, Dan Waddingham. They refused to share important information with prospective purchasers of a house on a private shared access road which is likely to collapse due to the severing of my rainwater pipes under the road which have a legal easement. The buyers of what was previously my land illegally severed the pipes. I put a review on another website and the agent reported it saying they didn't recognise me so I provided evidence and the review remained. The property was removed from sale due to other legal issues. 2 The Ashes, Wolviston.
