Loc8me is a well-organized company. Whether visiting in-store for consultations or booking property viewings online, the staff are patient and highly efficient. They are happy to recommend properties that best suit my needs. Markhim Lonsdale arranged a property viewing for me, he was very friendly and answered many of my questions. Additionally, they respond to calls quickly and begin addressing my case immediately after. Overall, I had a great experience with this company.

GoogleI’ve had a really bad experience using this letting agency. I must have been walked in on while wearing no clothes around 10+ times. I was told because I received an email the evening before (sometimes they’d show up at 9am the following morning), they had a right to do this. Common decency is thrown out the window and if they want to walk in on me naked for a viewing, they will. The woman I spoke to on the phone even seemed annoyed that I would not let her walk into my home at any point she wanted. Even if I check my email regularly, if I check it once a day, I will miss an email notifying me about a viewing. Renting through Loc8me is not a job. I am paying them. So, why do I have to check my email multiple times a day everyday as if they are an employer? You can have viewings for four days out of a week, each week, in the place you are inhabiting. Loc8me don’t care how disruptive that is to your schedule. Furthermore, they have your phone number and will text when it’s convenient but never for a viewing. Since then they’d actually get tenants who reply back to them and tell them the time of a viewing is inconvenient.
