GoogleSlimy cold hearted cowboys, especially Glenn. The male receptionist sounded like he doesn't know what he's doing and nobody passes on messages or returns phone calls. They are only in it for the money they can take off of you, if you have any problems at all you will find no humanity here. One star is too generous, but I had to put something.

GoogleThey will try and take as much money from you as they can terrible. Blaming you on repairs wanting you to pay for it in this case the heating. We got someone else to check and he found it funny that they kept blaming it on us it was down to old age. If your with let it questions any repairs they ask you to pay for as 9 times out of 10 its not your fault. If its very costly I would get a second opinion don't listen to what they say.

GoogleIf you’re thinking of letting property in Wellingborough, Kettering and/or surrounding areas, at least to talk to Let It! Homes before you start. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. If you’re already letting property, you’ll probably have had the same issues I’ve had with other “professionals” who offer rental management services. Again, talk to Let It!. They say many of the same things the others say but (amazingly) actually do what they say they’ll do and, in my experience, more. I’ve been with Let It! Homes for over a decade and they have NEVER let me down or disappointed me. This has not been the case with the various estate/letting agents I signed up with in the past. For the fee they charged I got, at best, 10% of the service I expected and zero percent of the service I was hoping for. Agents I used in the past seemed to communicate on the basis that “no news is good news”. However, I assume “no news” means they haven’t bothered to visit (or even think about) my property. I assume this because none of my previous agents ever reported a problem before it became a crisis and some didn’t even know there was a crisis until I told them. In contrast, Let It! update me on their regular inspections. They tell me what condition the place is in, how satisfied the tenants are and how well they’re maintaining my property. They also tell the tenants to do anything they’re not doing but should be. Let It! helps me ensure any repairs and maintenance that I’m responsible for are done to the right standard at the right price. They deal with neighbours who have decided, for some reason, that it’s ok to build their extension on my property. They help me make the right decisions and give me advise which is always relevant, useful and based on decades of experience with numerous lets. I could write more but won’t as I imagine you’ve already guessed that I like these folks - they are a rare example of professional competence in a sector that's rife with inept (and sometimes downright dodgy) organisations.

GoogleThis company has to be the most unprofessional team of people whom spell out fractured chaos both moving in and moving out. Do not rely on any verbal conversations if trying to reach even the smallest of agreements on your journey as a tennant managed by these. I was fooled by thier own terribly itinerary which let to walking into a property with vine stained carpets they never pointed out . Their so called brilliant photos now have me in dispute for getting my full deposit back. I left the property cleaner than I found it and endured rudeness for a full 12 months. Did not rush with this company you will get burnt

GoogleExcellent and very professional service, I have been using them over the laat 8 years, presently 5 properties with them. They try the best to be fair to both Landlords and tennants. Always helpful dealing with any problems.They were extremely helpful with some urgent things they went out of their way to deal with when i was away on holiday this year. I can thouroughly recommend them in 8 years i have no complaints.

GoogleI cannot praise the team at Let It in Kettering. They have been looking after my let property for several years now but this year they stepped outside their comfort zone and excelled in the assistance and management of my situation. In early March whilst my property was unoccupied waiting for new tenants to move in I had a major escape of water from the tank in the attic. This leak went on for a few days to the point where water was pouring out of the front door. The team at Let It went round and found the horrendous damage to the house which obviously I was devastated by. The new tenants where supposed to move in the next day!! I immediately visited the house and then set about trying to assess how I was going to put the house back together. It was totally destroyed inside. That is where the team at Let It really stepped up to the mark. They quickly were able to assign contractors to come in and remove all the damaged carpets etc and get the right equipment in to start to dry the house out. The leak was repaired and then the painstaking task of trying to put the house back together for the tenants began. Liam Dupree was outstanding in his assistance for me as I do not live locally to the property and he kept me up to speed with the rebuild progress and was always there on site to make sure everything was being done correctly. All the ceilings had to be replaced and a new kitchen was fitted. The whole house was redecorated from top to bottom. All this was sorted out by Liam and others at the Kettering branch. The house was finally finished off in October last year and the new tenants moved in at the start of November. It was only down to the team at Let It that this was able to happen. Without them I would have been totally lost and not been able to get the project on track and now back to having a property that is almost brand new. This to me was an example of them going out of their way to make sure that as a valued customer I was their priority to get assistance and the situation fully rectified. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for me over the past year. I will be with them for as long as I have a property. Comment on agent fees This agents fees are superb compared to the others. I am a soldier and they took that into consideration and ensured that I was given a very good rate in relation to their management fee. The best around by far.
