GoogleMy tenant, after a 12 year stay, decided to leave and the whole flat needed a complete overhaul. The maintenance team at Let-It were absolutely brilliant and I am delighted the flat is ready for re-letting. I am so grateful to the team for all the help they have given which has made my life so much easier and thoroughly recommend you to any landlords who are looking for help.

GoogleThank you Let it for your help and support. I’m renting a property through you and you are always when I need help. Fantastic service! I feel like a part of the family

GoogleAbsolutely amazing company to work with, the room when originally viewed (with Sarina, who it was absolutely lovely meeting!) was nowhere near up to the standard of the description via the landlord, and made multiple complaints to him, and nothing was actioned. Eventually had to complain to the agency and every complaint was raised and actioned all within two weeks. Maisie, Tom and Dominic were also lovely to meet and helped us out very much with what we were looking for! Great agency, would highly recommend them!

GoogleIf anyone is thinking of renting a flat in Portland Road Irthlingborough DON'T... these flats are infested with RATS and they probably won't tell you. I have had 4 visit from electricians and they have left me worse off, im walking down the internal stairs with no lights early in the morning and twice I have nearly fallen. AVOID LET IT WELLINGBOROUGH

GoogleHave been with LetIt for over 16 years and receive great care and attention. Lois at the Kettering branch is excellent at communicating and keeping me updated. I'm so grateful for all Lois' help in organising and liaising; it really is a lot of work and she is terrific at what she does! Everything is carefully managed and she also is very good at making sure things happen in a timely fashion with care and consideration for everyone. Thank you Lois for all you do! So very grateful! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

GoogleLet-it have looked after my properties for ten years and I am very happy with their performance, professionalism, communication, advice and patience. I would recommend them to any landlord looking to be treated like an individual and not just a number. Dominic is great to deal with, has always made time and his calm demeanour has always been reassuring in potentially stressful situations. Very good at his job.

GoogleEdit - i am updating this as I am moving from the property. Sarina has helped with the exit and Dominic with maintenance during the tenancy. Both have been knowledgeable, professional and responsive. A great letting agent Kelsey helped with my move, it was a seamless process and she answered all questions diligently and with knowledge. I would certainly reccomend
