GoogleWe used Let It for many years and Glenn and his team provided excellent service throughout. Always personable, highly efficient and providing solid, sensible advice, we always knew everything was in safe hands. It was a relief to know they had everything covered. Would highly recommend anyone to use Let It. They are a very trustworthy company, providing such a helpful and professional service.

GoogleIn honour of truth and justice: The owner of this agency presents a rigid, control-based frequency, operating from a scarcity mindset rooted in past experiences of loss and instability. There's a high focus on operational control and property turnover, often overriding tenant well-being in favor of metrics and timelines. Communication may appear "professional" but lacks heart coherence. Energetic boundary lines are often pushed or ignored. Core Field (Psycho-Spiritual Layer): Wounds around authority and power appear to influence how they manage others , a history of being dismissed or powerless in earlier life stages. This now manifests as compensatory control in business. There is low emotional availability and a muted or unawakened heart field. The solar plexus and root chakras dominate energetically, signifying transactional rather than empathic interaction patterns. Soul memory is dormant, indicating a being not yet consciously on a path of awakening or spiritual integration. Please stay far is my only advice, there are others with heart within the system.

GoogleIf anyone is thinking of renting a flat in Portland Road Irthlingborough DON'T... these flats are infested with RATS and they probably won't tell you. I have had 4 visit from electricians and they have left me worse off, im walking down the internal stairs with no lights early in the morning and twice I have nearly fallen. AVOID LET IT WELLINGBOROUGH

GoogleOne star is generous. Please avoid this agency at all costs. Worst agency i have ever dealt with by far. If you absolutely have no other options, make sure you take pictures of everything that's broken when you move in, THEY WILL try to charge you for everything at the end of your tenancy. Failing to send contractors to fix broken things and when they do show up, they do a poor job .. Money coming out of your pocket for repairs because they refuse to do them. Glenn is also very rude whenever you approach him with an issue, giving you sassy answers like "there's nothing wrong with .. " or "try a thicker curtain for that draft from the window" . HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID THIS AGENCY

GoogleReading previous reviews it seems to be a common theme with this agency attempting to scam tenants deposits. We left the property we moved out of immaculate after professional cleaning, and was still billed £110 for would be classed as minimal wear and tear and a further £150 to remove branches from tree in the back garden! I reiterate the opinions of Glenn being rude, sent many threatening emails and even throw our possessions away after entering the property before the lease was up! (Which is illegal) refer to - Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977 I would advise to avoid this agency, as they are clearly just chancers with no experience with how to deal with letting properties.

GoogleReviewing as tenant: Absolutely fantastic letting agent! Lived in a stunning and well maintained property for 3 years, managed by Letit. Always incredibly helpful and friendly management and staff. We lived in a 400 year old grade II listed building, which of course does come with the occasional age related issue here and there, which were always handled immediately without any hassle. From moving in throughout our tenancy up until the final inspection all our needs were taken care of very smoothly and Letit served as a helpful liaison between us and our abroad living landlord. Thank you!!

GoogleOverall a great 12 months tenancy with letit, any maintenance issues were quickly resolved, staff were polite courteous and professional, during checkout there were a few minor issues which Glenn kindly let me resolve and in the end received the entire deposit back. My only comment would be as a new tenant, take photos of everything and anything with the watermark within the pictures the day you move in, the independently produced inventory doesn't fully cover the property as much as maybe it should do , so it's hard to double check and confirm if something isn't quite right during checkout, not a major issue but something worth noting. Thanks again for everything!

GoogleSlimy cold hearted cowboys, especially Glenn. The male receptionist sounded like he doesn't know what he's doing and nobody passes on messages or returns phone calls. They are only in it for the money they can take off of you, if you have any problems at all you will find no humanity here. One star is too generous, but I had to put something.

GoogleI rented a house from here for 10 months and I have to say they're one of the best agencies I've used. The are friendly and extremely helpful. Our boiler had issues in the winter meaning our heating wasn't working and they were quick to provide with heaters to use while we waited for the boiler to be repaired. Our final handover was easy and we received our deposit back within a week. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a rental property.

GoogleThey will try and take as much money from you as they can terrible. Blaming you on repairs wanting you to pay for it in this case the heating. We got someone else to check and he found it funny that they kept blaming it on us it was down to old age. If your with let it questions any repairs they ask you to pay for as 9 times out of 10 its not your fault. If its very costly I would get a second opinion don't listen to what they say.

GoogleIf you’re thinking of letting property in Wellingborough, Kettering and/or surrounding areas, at least to talk to Let It! Homes before you start. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. If you’re already letting property, you’ll probably have had the same issues I’ve had with other “professionals” who offer rental management services. Again, talk to Let It!. They say many of the same things the others say but (amazingly) actually do what they say they’ll do and, in my experience, more. I’ve been with Let It! Homes for over a decade and they have NEVER let me down or disappointed me. This has not been the case with the various estate/letting agents I signed up with in the past. For the fee they charged I got, at best, 10% of the service I expected and zero percent of the service I was hoping for. Agents I used in the past seemed to communicate on the basis that “no news is good news”. However, I assume “no news” means they haven’t bothered to visit (or even think about) my property. I assume this because none of my previous agents ever reported a problem before it became a crisis and some didn’t even know there was a crisis until I told them. In contrast, Let It! update me on their regular inspections. They tell me what condition the place is in, how satisfied the tenants are and how well they’re maintaining my property. They also tell the tenants to do anything they’re not doing but should be. Let It! helps me ensure any repairs and maintenance that I’m responsible for are done to the right standard at the right price. They deal with neighbours who have decided, for some reason, that it’s ok to build their extension on my property. They help me make the right decisions and give me advise which is always relevant, useful and based on decades of experience with numerous lets. I could write more but won’t as I imagine you’ve already guessed that I like these folks - they are a rare example of professional competence in a sector that's rife with inept (and sometimes downright dodgy) organisations.

GoogleI notice others also have had problems with these agents especially regarding the deposit. Put it this way, if there is a problem with something when you move in ie something is damaged, when you move out they charge you for the damage! Even though you have previously told them, for example net curtains so old and torn when moved in, but now i have to replace them because they are so old and torn? What? And when you move into a grubby house and then leave it cleaner when you move out they charge you to make it cleaner! Unfair money grabbing practice

GoogleReally professional people. I lived in one of 'Let it' property for more than six years and found them very helping and fair. They resolved every query with immediate response and helpful manner. I would recommend them as its hard now a days to find such people. :)
