GoogleI've had two frustrating experiences with this agency and strongly advise against renting from them, especially at St Johns Rd in Kettering. If you want to avoid a major headache during your lease, steer clear of them. My initial experience with their Wellingborough property was even worse. Despite giving them another chance, their maintenance team has been extremely unprofessional. I’m particularly disgruntled because, after months of trying to resolve the issues, nothing has been done. Both the agency and the landlord have been unresponsive, and I’m now pursuing legal action and stop paying rent. To be clear, the same Connie who’s receiving praise from some of you has been ineffective and unhelpful, which makes me wonder if there’s selective treatment happening.

GoogleTake extra care with them… They lying a lot…and over charging you if they can. They are very polite before you sign the contract… Respect for the maintenance gentleman, he doing all what he can, but the office doesn’t help him to much.

GoogleReviewing as tenant: Absolutely fantastic letting agent! Lived in a stunning and well maintained property for 3 years, managed by Letit. Always incredibly helpful and friendly management and staff. We lived in a 400 year old grade II listed building, which of course does come with the occasional age related issue here and there, which were always handled immediately without any hassle. From moving in throughout our tenancy up until the final inspection all our needs were taken care of very smoothly and Letit served as a helpful liaison between us and our abroad living landlord. Thank you!!

GoogleSally was immediately available to resolve an electrical out of hours emergency, swiftly arranged the attendance of an electrician, and the problem was fixed within an hour from start to finish. Additionally I have found Sally to also be warm, friendly, understanding and punctual when conducting routine inspections.

GoogleHad so many poor experiences with agents not properly caring for the property, the tenant, etc. These guys also had a bit of a shaky start but after some personnel changes have done a much better job. Professional and responsive. I’m pleased right now with how they are managing my property.
