GoogleMegan and Sam and team handled my application brilliantly then 2 days before I moved in they cancelled and withdrew my application so I could not move in. They're reasons were unfair and invalid . Because they refused to work with me on confirming a bank transfer when I was doing it and made up some nonsense about I wasn't prepared to transfer funds. They also stated I could never rent with them in the future like I'm a criminal or something. Very strange and odd consonant. What happened was crazy to do when I had packed up, moved my belongings and had children to move with. Avoid at all costs. They even re advertised my home I had a holding deposit on which is illegal. I'm going to the Property Ombudsman about this team/company on how they handled my application at the last minute. By the way they didn't even send over a tenancy to sign yet I told them that and they ignore that fact and their instruction was to sign first then pay. I couldn't sign something they did not send yet they still proceeded to cancel my application after passing it with 2 days before the tenancy start date. Just imagine packing all your things and moving into temporary accommodation like we did to not having your place secured that this company can just jerk people around like this last minute because some suddenly decides not to work anymore with the applicant

GoogleRecently I visited this home, home was lovely and staff were very friendly. Clean, hygenic. Garden was extremely spacious. Lounges looks so cozy.

GoogleI am in Freelands Care Home often and have got to know the residents well over a period of time. There is always something going on for them, some activity, a celebration of an international or national day, a garden party, a family day and plenty of music. The home feels and smells clean and feels friendly. Once inside the dining room, there is always a lovely smell of cooking that has been or is going on and the staff are really friendly and attend to the residents needs, wants etc. When you enter the building there is always someone at reception to welcome you and help you with where you need to be. When we are unable to care for our loved ones ourselves, it is heart-breaking, as we all know how tough this time is, but we are so lucky to have an establishment like this, as we all know that there are so many needs that need to be met for those needing care and I have seen in the last 24 months and more, just how good this home is. The residents that I know, always seem well cared for, they love all the activities and they love their food as well and that is so reassuring for their well-being.

GoogleThis issue was now resolved, they reached out to me on my previous visit. They assured that the driver was now aware and was briefed about health and safety. My recent few visits showed that they had taken an action already, The company car can be seen parked on a bay. Date: 17 December 2023 --- There should be an access for any potential emergencies. Driver nowhere to be found. Guy who worked here threw something on a bin and he also realised that it is a health and safety issue, says driver is nowhere. This is a company car and there must be somebody responsible to check that access is available. I had sat here for more than 10 minutes. hoping the driver would come out. I could also reverse and leave. Time check: 0725 now. This is a good test of how this can be attended after having a staff seen the situation. Went down and rang, one lady came and I explained the issue of access and how important it is. Time check: 0728. At last, at 0731 hrs the drivers came and managed to have a chat, the company car driver was blaming the driver of the smaller car. Petty thing but it is nice to know how they react given a situation and having the responsibility to look after senior people.

GoogleAbsolutely awful landlords, money grabbing and treat tenants awfully. Would not recommend, never fix issues, left us with blocked drains over Christmas and recently no hot water. Companies house shows a string of directors that have resigned and most registered offshore…. Refused to extend our contract month by month even though it was an option, then blind sided us with legal jargon and ended up issuing us a section 21 which would make us homeless…not nice people at all!

GoogleNice development in a good location. Construction is on-going, so there is lots of heavy equipment on site. The central park / play area just opened, which is a great amenity for the residents. Neighbors are very friendly.

GoogleAs a daughter of one of the residents I only want the best care for my lovely mum. Every aspect of care is covered at Freelands Croft. From the amazing nurses and healthcare professionals, catering , laundry, and all the admin staff working tirelessly behind the scenes. I can't thank you all enough.

GoogleThe staff care about the residents and have looked after my mum for the last 5 months in very difficult and challenging times with covid but despite that they have continued to smile and be courteous and helpful to visitors. The care staff genuinely care about their residents and look after them as if they were their own family members
