GoogleThis is one of the best services I have experienced in a while. The staff, Sally, went above and beyond to ensure that I got what I wanted and even when things were a bit unclear, she saw that I was comfortable and made the process seamless. I am looking forward to having a great time at the property as I have felt welcomed from the get go. An excellent service.

GoogleMore properties like these should be built nationwide with the Housing shortage. We viewed a 3 and a 4 bed property and were impressed with the size and quality. More houses should be built to rent like these.

GoogleWe have very recently moved into a 3 bed Leaf Living property at Orchard Green. Our experience has been great and the property is so nice, as is the surrounding area. Alex Smith who works in the property management team has been amazing! Ensuring the property was ready for us and made our move in a smooth and problem free experience. He has been on hand to answer all my questions, responds quickly and has gone above and beyond bless him. Fantastic customer service. He is a real credit to the leaf living team.

GoogleWe are very happy with the service and help from Ryan at Leaf Living, he has been very helpful and welcoming in supporting us through the process of applying for and checking into our new home. We came to view with our little children and he was very patient, understood our needs and helped us find the best property for us. Ryan supported us with the application and guided us through the process and was very welcoming and informative on the day we moved in, showing us the different features of the property and giving us advice on how to make the most of the features and feel at home. We highly recommended working with Ryan and the team at Leaf Living, everyone has been very nice and supportive through the process.

GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Ryan from Leaf Living, and he couldn't have been more attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. He called me the morning of the viewing to make sure I knew where I was going, and from the moment we met, he was incredibly welcoming and understanding of my family's specific needs. We have a young son and were looking for a long-term home, and Ryan clearly understood the importance of finding the right property for us. He guided us through the application process with ease, making everything simple and straightforward. What truly stood out was how proactive and responsive Ryan was, every time I emailed or had a question, he replied within minutes, which has been a rare experience compared to other estate agents I've dealt with. Ryan, you're a credit to the Leaf Living team! Thank you for making the experience such a positive one. Leaf Living deserves all 5 stars!

GoogleBiased decision making in recruiting process. No real reason given that relates to the posted vacancies. It's good to behave good and treat residents with respect and personalized care, true. Similarly, it's equally good from management side to treat staff and future or past employees with respect and consideration, so in their term afterwards happy employees can make a place happy too; instead of having biases, unfair decisions or dismiss them because of the management upper employees being in "control and power" to "decide". 0 stars for this...
