GoogleExtremely helpful and polite team. We have been working with them for the last 10 years and we have never had an issue with getting in touch with them or them finding us tenants. I would highly recommend them as your Real Estate solution providers.

GoogleI have been working with Lauristons Wimbledon for 20 years+ and have always received nothing but excellent service. I have recently had a flat come up for re-rent, and Claire and her team listed the property on a Friday, and the following Monday I was presented with 4 offers, two of which were above the asking price. Would highly recommend, and look forward to working with them for many years to come.

GoogleOur interactions with Lauristons whilst looking for a place to rent and also throughout the tenancy agreement process have been very good. Daniella has been really helpful, as have the all the other staff we've spoken to at Lauristons!

GoogleA big thank you to Daniella for helping us find the perfect flat. We had been searching on Zoopla and other estate agents had been a bit slack getting back to us but she sent through some great properties as soon as they were available and helped us find exactly what we were after. The viewing was great and the agent was very knowledgeable and the following process was really quick and simple. Thanks again!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe were looking for a 2 bed property to rent in Wimbledon, and had to move within 4 weeks. We visited most of the estate agents in Wimbledon on Saturday. Due to exceptional demand in September and October all of the estate agents advised that the market was challenging, with lots of tenants but few properties. Jean-Claude at Lauristons advised he had a property he was seeing on Monday that he thought would be ideal for us. We viewed it on Monday afternoon and will move in by the end of November. Working with Lauristons has been easy, both Daniella and Jean-Claude were very professional and empathetic. I would highly recommend using Lauristons, an Estate Agent with a soul.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI have recently begun the process of looking for a house in Wimbledon for my son and I. It has been a challenging time but Alice from Lauristons has been fantastic. She has taken the time to understand my situation and requirements, shown me suitable properties and kept me updated every step of the way. I strongly recommend Lauristons if you're looking to move!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe first contacted Lauristons and met with Alice Johnson a couple of weeks ago, and she has proved invaluable. She has been of great help to us, and often went out of her way to help us find a suitable apartment in Wimbledon. As is often the case we have been in touch with various other agents, but Alice and the Lauristons did their job without appearing to be pushy. Even though we ended up placing an offer on another property, we are very appreciative of her work and of the Lauriston's assistance in general.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value
