GoogleAlthough our purchase ultimately fell through, Alex was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to our queries, including following up with those directed to the seller. She worked extremely hard to try and resolve the issues we were facing and I would gladly work with her again in the future.

FacebookReally not happy with how they treat my pregnant sister. Offered her a rented house No updates for 3 weeks She requested an update to be told they are busy. Julie was unprofessional and stormed off. Supported my sister who i comforted in floods of tears to make a formal complaint. The next day she is told she can no longer have the property. Thanks lancasters for leaving a pregnant woman in tears and without a home 👍

GoogleUnprofessional and rude, if you like being spoken to like a child then this is the company for you. As a tenant you get zero respect and nothing you report will ever be fixed, also don't expect your bond back within an acceptable timeframe. Avoid at all costs.
