She was always professional and followed up on every enquiry we asked with speed. I would recommend Lancaster's on the experience we had with Alex. Really not happy with how they treat my pregnant sister. Offered her a rented house No updates for 3 weeks She requested an update to be told they are busy. Julie was unprofessional and stormed off. Supported my sister who i comforted in floods of tears to make a formal complaint. The next day she is told she can no longer have the property. Thanks lancasters for leaving a pregnant woman in tears and without a home 👍

Having previously found out (the hard way) which agents in the area not to use, our development company were blessed when we appointed Lancasters to sell our plots. Alex Jones who headed up the sales process there has been truly fantastic, never hesitating to go out of her way to assist not just ourselves but the buyers too. I would highly recommend using Lancasters! I had a very stressful time when buying my first home but they made me feel so much at ease and did everything they could to try and sort any issues I was having. Was very impressed with the valuers assessment and his approach to advertising. The staff in the office were helpful and professional, my only criticism of Lancasters is their telephony service, there were many times i called the office and the answer machine said office closed. Whilst I appreciate phone lines could be busy, better to hear engage tone rather than a misleading message
