FacebookHave used Lancasters for about 5 years now to rent out a property I own. Have to say that the people dealing with it are exceptional, really friendly and dealt with getting someone into my property in about 10 days from it becoming empty. Would definitely recommend them to anyone with a property to rent.

GoogleUnprofessional and rude, if you like being spoken to like a child then this is the company for you. As a tenant you get zero respect and nothing you report will ever be fixed, also don't expect your bond back within an acceptable timeframe. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleI had a good experience with Lancasters. Alex Jones at the Barnsley branch did a fantastic job in chasing up solicitors, to try push the sale on as quickly and smoothly as possible. I look forward to working with them in the future.

FacebookStill waiting for a report was told would be done nearly 2 weeks ago. Numerous chases have achieved nothing and can't be bothered to reply to e-mails. EDIT - if you write a bad review they will mention it to you at their office in front of colleagues. Very unprofessional!

GoogleI have tried to arrange a viewing of a property. I called them five times, left a message, emailed. Nothing. I certainly wouldn’t advertise with them, they cannot even answer the phone to potential buyers!

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting service from this company, they have done a great job at making our lives hell for the duration of the tenancy. they make frequent mistakes which they don't apologise for and dont take responsibility for.
