FacebookVery poor communication from several agents. Call control techniques very poor. I found it extremely difficult to converse with this agent due to continually been spoken over. I had to shout her down before she put the phone down!!!! Some people just never seem to come up for air. Unfortunate for the vendors as they lost out on additional income. Very poor form Lancasters

FacebookMany thanks to the Penistone team - in particular Debbie - for expertly and diligently managing the sale of my late mother’s bungalow following her sad passing earlier this year. I live outside the area - the team managed everything on my behalf, handling many viewings before the right buyer came along for the sale, then managing all the solicitors in the chain to get to exchange and completion last Friday. Debbie kept me informed throughout, nothing was ever too much trouble. The sale was also an emotional one for me, which Debbie recognised and metaphorically held my hand during the sales process. All in all, Lancasters provided a first rate service - Thank You and I would not hesitate to recommend their services for your own property sale.

GoogleI would highly recommend using Lancasters! I had a very stressful time when buying my first home but they made me feel so much at ease and did everything they could to try and sort any issues I was having. I had more input from Lancasters than I did my own solicitor and if I could I would have paid these instead. Thank you again.

The house sold extremely quickly, Debbie was very efficient with the communication between all parties from the beginning to the end. FacebookA really positive experience and took the stress out of moving. Adam our valuer, was lovely, reassuring and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Julie in the office was polite and dealt with any questions efficiently always getting back to us quickly. A really lovely estate agents that I’d recommend to anyone. Sold our house within 2 days of marketing and we completed in under 3 months.

GoogleWas very impressed with the valuers assessment and his approach to advertising. The staff in the office were helpful and professional, my only criticism of Lancasters is their telephony service, there were many times i called the office and the answer machine said office closed. Whilst I appreciate phone lines could be busy, better to hear engage tone rather than a misleading message
