GoogleI’d just like to thank the staff at Lancasters, Daniel and Kieran for the help and support in finding a house to rent. I went into the office on the off chance they had some houses to rent in the local area and Daniel discussed a property that was due to be available very soon. The whole process has been painless and run extremely smoothly. The house I have moved into has been redecorated from top to bottom, new carpets and a full deep clean. The service has been nothing short of amazing. Thanks again to Daniel and Kieran.

GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Lancasters and would highly recommend their services, which were provided with both professionalism and understanding. We dealt with Debbie at Penistone who was fantastic. Nothing was too much even towards a stressful end, and an extremely busy period. Any request we made was always recieved with a friendly and positive attitude and was dealt with promptly and professionally, which really helped put our minds at ease. A big thank you from us to Debbie and the Penistome team!

GoogleDaniel and Kieran at Penistone office provided us with excellent service from identifying suitable rental property and facilitating necessary checks to moving in. The whole process was made easy due to their attention to detail and experience in the market. I would highly recommend them for anybody seeking to rent or purchase a property with the area. They went above and beyond in helping source FOC furniture which was much appreciated. Super friendly staff and a pleasure to do business with.

GoogleLeft us living in mouldy damp property, with bugs, beetles and worms coming from the attic. Lost lots of our furniture. Never found a proper solution while I lived there. Rent was £725. Would NEVER advise to rent a property from Lancasters again. Luckily moved out after a year but feel sorry for whoever took the property next.

Dear Katie Thank you for writing the review. Firstly, I would like to say I am sorry and disappointed that you have had a bad experience with us. I have taken a good look over the file before writing this response and am slightly confused as to why you have wrote this review over 9 months after the end of your tenancy. There are multiple things about the review I would like to discuss and try to resolve, I did try to call you last week regarding this but am yet to receive a call back to discuss which is concerning. If you are happy to write one star reviews on small businesses Google pages which can affect them extremely negatively, then I would recommend you contact us directly so we can discuss the issue and hopefully explain our side and why it can be extremely difficult for Managing agents and the issues we can encounter sometimes when wanting to get work complete at properties. Alternatively, if you would not like to have a conversation I would urge you remove this review as there has been multiple chances for us to have a chat either during your tenancy or throughout the 9 month period between now and the end of your tenancy. GoogleHighly recommend for their rental service. Kieran Walters has been an absolute star. He sorted out all of the teething issues with the rented property I am residing in, and did so quickly and efficiently, and always with a smile.

Daniel and Kieran are very good at trying to get things done quickly and efficiently highly recommend. I also sold a property with them a few years ago and would highly recommend, Debbie did a fantastic job and helped me throughout the process.

GoogleI recently used Lancasters ( Penistone Office ) and had an amazing house selling experience. I can not fault any step of the way, from Adam valuing my property, to Debbie and Julie in the office working hard to get the sale over the line. They updated me weekly on the chain of event's and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I would recommend Lancasters every time !
