GoogleVictoria Anderson-Stewart of Knight Frank, Hungerford, gave us excellent pre-sales advice on the presentation, pricing and marketing of our property which we followed. She brought a welcome and refreshing energy to the transaction the like of which we had not encountered in over 40 years of buying and selling several previous properties. Carefully selected viewings took place daily from day 1 of the marketing campaign. Thanks to Victoria's impetus and excellent negotiations, from putting the house on the market to accepting the final highest bid at well over the asking price took just 8 days with completion 7 weeks later. We have already recommended Victoria to others and would commend her and the Hungerford Knight Frank team without hesitation.

GoogleWe have just bought a house in Surbiton through the Esher office and it was as smooth a transaction as you could wish under the circumstances. Despite the travelling distance Matthew Scott attended the garden and kept the plants alive (it was vacant possession, and a long time vacant) and Alex Herman undertook some delicate negotiation when our own buyers made last minute demands. All in all a thoroughly professional and listening agency who were prepared to go the extra mile.

As there were a number of unavoidable complications in the purchase William's experience and knowledge of the property market, and ability to think outside of the box, was utterly invaluable. The sale price of my house was lower than expected, which was a disappointment, and the process took much longer than predicted but the service from KF was always thorough, prompt, responsive, professional and really very good.

Throughout a recently completed transaction during a tricky Brexit dominated market, Wiliam Kirkland has proved frank, trustworthy and reliable throughout in his advice, based as it is upon many years of experience with Oxford property. Many property transactions involve careful and intricate negotiations between Vendors and Purchasers, requiring expert knowledge, tact, patience and tenacity. My sale proved no exception to this, with Knight Frank through William, prepared to take calls late into the night, often at weekends, in order to operate within the different time zones of the parties involved and subsequently liaising with their solicitors so as to ensure the progress and satisfactory completion of the sale.
