GoogleWe were really pleased with service that Harry Gladwin and his team at Knight Frank provided. From the initial visit, to the sale of the property, we received an effective and reliable service, providing us with maximum viewers and a great result, with a sale in just over 2 weeks. Everything ran very smoothly and quickly with the staff going out of their way to help us and keep us informed at each stage of the process. Samantha Young, the Team Secretary, went out of her way to help tie up all the lose ends that are involved in the handing over of a house. I would highly recommend.

GoogleWilliam Kirkland was extremely helpful and made our house purchase as pain-free and as straight forward as possible! As there were a number of unavoidable complications in the purchase William's experience and knowledge of the property market, and ability to think outside of the box, was utterly invaluable. I will certainly be returning to Knight Frank for any future sales or purchases.

GoogleDamian at the Knight Frank office made a potentially difficult sale straightforward. He was always pleasant, courteous, attentive and genuine in his dealings with me. GoogleWe went with Knight Frank after struggling to sell our house with 2 other estate agents. We found Knight Frank to be very pro-active in following up on viewings and providing feedback and we got a sale in a couple of months. Follow through on the sale itself was also very pro-active and we have been very happy with the excellent service.

GoogleOver the last couple of years we have bought and then sold using Knight Frank in Esher, and as and when we move again we certainly plan to instruct them. In my experience they are very well informed, professional, practical and fair. In a sector that sometimes suffers in the eyes of the public, they seem to be a shining beacon of good practice.

GoogleHaving moved a number of times in the Esher area in the last 10 years , we have had the pleasure of dealing with Alex Herman and the rest of the Knight Frank team on numerous occasions . They have been absolutely fantastic , discreet and extremely professional . Every move was completed on time and with no stress at all , any problems that arose were dealt with speedily and efficiently by Alex . I can't rate them highly enough , 6 out of 5 stars in my opinion!

I wanted to drop you a line to say how very impressed I was with the way Alexander dealt with the sale of our property. It was not an easy sale as I'm sure you are aware. I believe that without Alexander's hard work and professionalism the sale would not have gone through. He was always approachable and appreciated the difficult situation regarding the sale. And we had the occasional laugh which made me feel better! I would recommend Knight Frank to anyone and have been singing Alexander's praises.
