GoogleI wouldn’t recommend them at all if you’re renting. Don’t expect any help from them if you need anything, they’re only interested in taking their cut and provide nothing for it. Repeated phone calls to their office can go unanswered for days. Phone calls bounce around from the office you called to head office and they don’t respond either. Not entirely sure what service they actually provide. Make sure you read the tenancy agreement regarding rental payments and when they are due if you pay anything up front. Good luck!
