Katy (managing agent) was extremely helpful and put our mind to rest during a stressful period by introducing us to a flat that was a perfect fit for all our requirements and then helped negotiate with the landlord. She also supported us through the vetting process and regularly followed up to check if we've settled in nicely.

GoogleIt is rare these days to find such a dedicated team as the Knight Frank Guilford people. They were always friendly and helpful. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. I spend a lot of time in a Portuguese holiday home so they went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my house was presentable and if people wanted to see the house at difficult time they made the time. Tim even gave me advice in negotiating for my new house! If you are looking for an efficient and caring agent that you can rely on - then look no further. Jim Fatah

GoogleAfter 25 years we decided to sell our wonderful home and having spoken to a number of agents, we eventually decided on Knight Frank, simply as we liked the team and felt comfortable with their sales proposal. James Grillo personally oversaw the sale and following a very busy first week of viewings we were lucky enough to agree a sale at more than the expected valuation. Despite a very complicated period leading up to the exchange and completion which took over 6 months, due to the fact that the house was being split from a larger estate. During this period James went far beyond his remit, keeping all parties fully informed and focused whilst also aiding ongoing negotiations as the legalities became increasingly more complex. As a direct result of the above, my wife and I would have no hesitation in recommending Knight Frank and James Grillo in particular.
