Last summer we decided to downsize but wanted to stay on the Green. Nigel and his team rapidly generated interest in our house, balanced competing bids and pushed the sale through in time for us to get the house that we sought. Morton and James handled the sale of my deceased fathers property for my sister and I sensitively and well. They were reliable and thoughtful communicators, cared for the house over winter, responded to neighbour queries or concerns, and sold the house in difficult Brexit conditions.
