GoogleShocking service! Whatever you do don't rent your property with these people! Seriously, it's better you do it yourself. This company will do everything at the front end - yes, they will find someone and do a few checks but after that the service is shocking! STAY AWAY FROM RENTING WITH THESE PEOPLE

GoogleThe worst estate agents to purchase property from. Do not provide updates. Constantly have to chase them. In the end went with another estate agency. Best decision I made.

GoogleAbsolutely appalled. I have a sponsor offering to pay 12months up front to rent a property for a Ukrainian refugee family. Whilst the whole country is opening their doors for refugees, the workers at Keenans can’t even be arsed to pick up the phone and call the landlord to explain our situation. We aren’t asking to bypass the process, just speed it up. Absolutely no sense of urgency, sympathy or dedication to go that one extra step for customers. When time is of the essence, they l only allocate one day per week when we can even arrange a viewing. Useless. Landlords! Beware. Probably missing out on tonnes of potential customers because the estate agents don’t even pass on the message.

Oryslava We assure you that as a company are fully committed to doing all we can to help and support the people of the Ukraine. All of our branches are designated donation points and we will continue to help the cause in anyway we can. We appreciate you are disappointed that the landlords of your chosen properties didn’t want to cancel the future viewings they had booked to proceed immediately with your application. This however is the landlords choice- not ours. In a world where we can be anything - be kind!
