GoogleA real pleasure to deal with. Always got back to me quickly, happy to chase people when needed, efficient and always good humoured in what can be a pretty frustrating time.

In a fairly slow market Just sold my property and more importantly the process after the offer from Ashley was brilliant. He was always responsive even with the constant need to chase the buyers solicitor. He more than earned their fee. Ashley was patient and responsive and I had full faith that he was doing the very best for me and the buyer.

TrustpilotBuyers & Sellers - Just Property
We first bought our home through Just Property 8 years ago and have now sold through them as well. Having experienced both sides, we can genuinely recommend them, they’re thorough, professional, and make the whole process smooth. A brilliant experience from start to finish!

GoogleAshley and the team have been professional and very helpful throughout. As buyers, we appreciated their respectful negotiations with the seller to achieve a mutually satisfactory sale. Their follow up with both sets of solicitors has been light handed, but timely.

GoogleWithout Dee I would have been lost. I was sorting out a rental for a family member and had limited time to spend in the Gainsborough area. The credit checks alone with a rival agent in town would have taken 2-3 weeks to finalize... yet all I had to do with Dee is give her a copy of my tax return, and we were good-to-go about 12 hours after that. She is very flexible and provides a bespoke service. Very people-orientated. This means so much in a world where we are increasingly at the mercy of AI driven systems that spit out 'computer says No' responses.

GoogleLettings agent deals with my property on Scott Street in Gainsborough. I’ve rented it for 5 years, and sadly my landlord passed away. I was really worried about what that would mean for me and my tenancy. But the change over of owners and the management of the property has been absolutely painless to me and their communication is great.

GoogleWe got in touch with Dee at Just Lettings whilst we were living in the West Midlands. We really needed to get back to Gainsborough ASAP. She liased between ourselves and the landlord on a rental property we had seen on the page. She really went the extra mile to get it finalised very quickly. We are now living in Gainsborough and have a lovely relationship with Dee, always friendly and ready to help with any problems that may arise. We fully recommend her, can't thank her enough for all her help.
