TrustpilotExcellent customer service from Just Property
We bought our house with Just Property and we were very pleased with the service. Ben at the Fairlight branch was extremely helpful, taking time to show us around multiple properties in the area before we found the house we wanted. Any questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly and we felt very well looked after throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend Just Property for anyone buying or selling a property.

The team where great from start to end. They helped with getting a lot of viewings for my property when I was selling and the communication and proactiveness from the team from the very start right up to completion was highly professional. They kept me at ease through the whole process as this was my first time selling a property. I would highly recommend using Just Property for any property needs! TrustpilotPersonalised Approach
Issey and the team were extremely helpful, supportive and reassuring. Issey was particularly responsive to all of our enquiries. (And even contacted us on one of her non-working days) with news of our exchange date, which was much appreciated.

TrustpilotColin and the team at Just Property…
Colin and the team at Just Property were excellent dealing with our purchase. We have had a bit of a long process to say the least to get to exchange however that is not down to the control of Just Property. Ashley and then Colin were extremely responsive, always keeping us up to date where new information was available and set realistic expectations. We didn't sell with Just Property as we are relocating from a different area, but rest assured when our time comes to sell again, we will use Just Property.

Ben could not have been more helpful in selling my late mothers house. GoogleWe have just sold our flat in Hastings in a difficult market. Throughout the Just Property team has been hard working, professional, friendly and persistent, everything you want when any sale is hard won. They know the local property market like no others and having an office in the old town is definite plus even in the era of Rightmove. We would certainly use them again.

TrustpilotExcellent company, fantastic staff
All the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and went the extra mile. From my first encounter with the company where one of the agents made an itinerary for me, including telling me where to park and allowing enough time to travel and get a coffee between viewings, right through to the eventual completion of my property purchase, the communication has been excellent. Every email or call has been immediately responded to, the staff have offered wisdom and good advice and I trust and like them. I can totally recommend this company.

"Working with Ashley Hodd at Just Property was a fantastic experience. As a buyer, I really appreciated how they took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Unlike other agents, they didn’t waste my time with properties that didn't fit my criteria. Their deep knowledge of the Hastings market was invaluable, and they ultimately helped me find my dream home in just few weeks. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy in this area!

TrustpilotHighly Recommend A++ Professional, Efficient with Local Knowledge.
Ben at Just Property went above and beyond from start to finish, exceeding my expectations. As the sole executor of an estate and living some distance from the property, having someone so reliable and knowledgeable locally was invaluable. From the outset, Ben provided an exceptional level of service. Communication was consistently clear, upbeat, and reassuring, which made the entire process far easier. He was highly organised, efficient, and unfailingly helpful throughout. His excellent local knowledge of the community proved particularly valuable, enabling him to offer sound, practical advice at every stage. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben and Just Property.
