We had a really positive experience with Just Property from start to finish. Ashley was excellent at keeping us informed throughout the entire process and regularly updated us on how our sale was progressing, which made everything feel much less stressful. Kyle was also extremely helpful in supporting us at the beginning of our journey to buying our first home and made the process easy to understand. Both Ashley and Kyle were approachable, easy to communicate with, and always replied promptly to any questions we had. We’re very grateful for their support and would happily recommend Just Property to others!

We were selling the house for an elderly parent after they moved into a nursing home and we didn't live in the area so needed a local agent we could trust. The team at Just Property managed everything for us keeping us informed along the way. They continued to support us through the pause caused by probate after our relative died, and kept prospective buyers aware of the situation whist the property marketing was paused. Then, once we were able to proceed again and had accepted an offer, they assisted us by keeping the sale on track through some unexpected issues which arose during the survey and helped to ensure that the sale progressed through to exchange of contracts. I would definitely recommend this agent based on our experience.

GoogleStaff refused to discuss offers on a house saying WE WORK FOR SELLERS ONLY which was unpleasant. Previously JUST PROPERTY did not book in a viewing with a vendor despite confirming with me. So vendor then called out Just Property who then rang me to deny it - and caused me severe distress and upset on the phone travelling with my son on a coach with the school. it was an angry call which caused me anxiety and extremely unfair. Never going to buy or sell with JUST PROPERTY ever. What should have been a pleasant life improving experience of moving up the housing ladder turned out to be severely upsetting and something i will never forget.

GoogleWe found the property we wanted online and approached the agent, Just, in Bexhill. Ollie arranged a viewing and was helpful and informative as a guide. He assisted us in deciding on the features we were most concerned about. When things were moving slowly he offered new perspectives. After making an offer, Ashley managed the negotiations and kept us informed about progress, always returning calls and emails without delay.

Dear Ms George, We acknowledge receipt of your email and must express our disappointment at the nature of the complaint raised. We would like to clarify the sequence of events, as your account does not accurately reflect what occurred. Our colleague was not rude at any stage. Upon speaking with you, he contacted Kevin, our Viewings Coordinator, to establish the situation, at which point it became clear that you were waiting at an incorrect address. We offered to assist by having a colleague come to your location and guide you to the correct property; however, you declined this offer and ended the call. We categorically reject the allegation of harassment. This is a serious claim and entirely unfounded. At no point did any member of our team behave in a manner that could reasonably be described as such. During your initial call, you indicated that we were late and at the wrong property. At that stage, you did not inform us that your mother was unwell or that you intended to cancel further viewings. Following this, we attempted to contact you, leaving two missed calls to clarify whether you wished to proceed. Please also find attached the email correspondence in which you specifically requested to meet at 11:30 AM at Trafalgar Cottages. When we later spoke in person, your circumstances were explained, and it was our colleague who suggested a nearby coffee shop for your convenience. You also confided in our colleague, describing your mother as currently “incognitive.” We allowed you time to take a break and decide whether you wished to continue with the scheduled viewings, despite having other clients waiting and appointments arranged. For clarity, the individual you state approached you twice was not the same person; the second interaction was with Kevin, our Viewings Coordinator. We would also note that this was the second occasion on which you were late for arranged appointments, and we had already adjusted our schedule to accommodate your requirements. Please find attached previous email correspondence which confirms that our colleague attempted to contact you during these earlier appointments when you arrived significantly late. This delay had a direct impact on our schedule and caused us to run late for subsequent pre-arranged viewings. Whilst we are sorry to hear that your mother has since been admitted to hospital and appreciate that this is a difficult situation, we must reiterate that our team acted professionally and reasonably throughout. We had no indication at the time of any urgent medical situation that would require prioritisation, particularly as you proceeded with a viewing while your mother remained at the coffee shop. Finally, we would highlight that we made every effort to assist you on the day, including allowing additional time, accommodating delays, and rearranging our diary to continue with your viewings, as well as to assist with guiding you to the correct address. We note your 1-star review. While we respect all feedback, our record of over 1,000 five-star reviews demonstrates that the experience described in your complaint is not representative of the service our clients typically receive. In light of the above, we do not accept that any wrongdoing has occurred. Should you wish to escalate the matter, you are of course entitled to contact the Property Ombudsman. Moving forward, we feel it would be best for you to contact an alternative estate agent who can assist you with your move to Hastings.

GoogleWe have recently sold with Just Property and I would definitely recommend them. They were communicative, got viewings in quickly (we had been on the market with another agent for a while and had no viewings for a long time), and gave feedback promptly. We sold our house within two weeks of being on the market with them. Once we had the offer, they kept in touch on a regular basis and formed a useful link between us and our buyers which kept things running smoothly. They even supported us in getting some issues with our onward purchase ironed out too. I don’t think I would use another agent now. Thank you Just Property!

Kyle and Ashley were fantastic throughout the process, always friendly, responsive and incredibly patient with all our questions. They were also very accommodating in letting us view the property multiple times while we made our decision. Buying a house can be stressful, but they helped make the process feel much smoother.
