TrustpilotFirst Class Service
First class service from estimating the price of our property through to the final journey. Ollie and Ashley are the most helpful, caring people to deal with. We have bought from Just and sold with Just...100% recommended in all aspects.

GoogleCouldn't recommend Just Property more. We both bought and sold through them on this occasion and all along they have been easy to get hold of, supportive, communicative and patient through quite a lengthy process. Having had to deal with a lot of other agents in the process of viewing and negotiating on properties, I can definitely recommend just property over the rest.

GoogleBen at the Fairlight Office for Just Property was nothing short of brilliant! He single handily made sure our complicated chain exchanged; with a persistence and patience that is very rare. I cannot thank him and his team enough. He wasn’t selling our property, but dealing with the sale of the one we were buying. I think we came across just about every problem along the way, but Ben either solved it or managed to push it all through. He gave us regular updates and informed us of progress in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Just Property for all your sales or buying needs, if this is anything to go by, an excellent service!!

GoogleBen and the whole team at Fairlight helped my recent house purchase to go so smoothly. Communication was excellent and everyone was always professional, obliging, helpful, and friendly. Ben, in particular, was extremely supportive and went out of his way to help. The whole experience was rounded off with a lovely welcome to the village when I collected the keys, along with a bottle of prosecco! Thank you Ben and team, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you.

GoogleJust Property are brilliant, I would highly recommend them if you are buying or selling property. We were buyers of property through Just recently - often buyers are not really cared for in the buying process by estate agents but Colin and his team were INCREDIBLE with us. We were supported throughout the process by the Just team, they were so kind and prompt in their communications, polite and problem solvers - they really go go the extra mile. Thank you so much!

GoogleWe are so grateful to Ben and the team at Just property for all their efforts and hard work related to our recent move. They were the third agents we signed with and I wish we had signed with them first! The service we received from all of the team was far superior to the other estate agents we dealt with and we wouldn't hesitate to use Just again in the future.

GoogleExcellent service from beginning to end selling our house. We moved to Just Property after being with other agents and they successfully marketed and sold our house. Ashley was brilliant at keeping me up to date and progressing the sale - achieving exchange and completion as planned. Highly recommended.
