GoogleExcellent service from beginning to end selling our house. We moved to Just Property after being with other agents and they successfully marketed and sold our house. Ashley was brilliant at keeping me up to date and progressing the sale - achieving exchange and completion as planned. Highly recommended.

GoogleI cannot recommend Just Property enough, particularly the Bexhill team. Moving house at the best of times is stressful, and our was came with lots of stresses and strains- but the support and reassurance from the team throughout has been second to none! The team are incredibly professional, they really had our best interests at heart when selling our property, I really liked how they were open, honest and transparent throughout the process. All of the team were incredible and I’m sure at some point I talked to Everton but I particularly need to thank the following staff members: Ollie, for being the first estate agent that was open, honest and kind, you generally wanted to helped and we didn’t feel like you were just trying to get our business. Issy and Isla, were always so incredibly kind on the phone and really fighting our corner at times! Big thank you to Harry for helping us finally seal the deal with new buyers and working hard to get everything done before your work day finished! But my biggest thank you is to Colin, who was in charge of our sale, no phonecall or email was ever to much for you, you spent so much time reassuring me and really fighting to protect our chain. Colin went 100000% and beyond with dealing with our potential exchanging when boarding a plane to go on holiday as we had come so far and he didn’t not want to finish the job! Colin was so lovely communicate with and helped make light of situations! Although I’m in no rush to move again anytime soon, I will always recommend this wonderful team!

Ben Howell the manager in the Fairlight branch is the most outstanding estate agent we've ever met. He, unlike so many others, has excellent interpersonal skills, and manages to combine these with in-depth knowledge, and professionalism. He really ought to be a partner, as people like him are a rarity these days. Thank you so much Ben ⭐️

This was the Estate agent for sellers but Colin was more than helpful to us in chasing up all participants in our purchase of the property when things were getting tardy. Done with speed and good humour all through. Would be happy to use again if the need arose

GoogleA real cut above all other estate agents. A real human touch and a due diligence of their job which is excellent. Ben and Ashley were wonderful and Ashley pestered and followed the chain from the first link to the last to ensure all links were ok. I couldn't recommend them more favourably.

I recently sold my property through Just Property, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, their service was exceptional. Their valuation at the outset was accurate and they were proactive in navigating the market to achieve a great price for my home. The team was incredibly professional and attentive during viewings, always ensuring little details like asking visitors to remove their shoes to protect our cream carpets. I truly appreciated their thoughtfulness and care throughout the process.A special mention goes to Colin, who was outstanding in managing the chain and ensuring everything proceeded smoothly. He went above and beyond, often providing updates even on his days off, which gave me real peace of mind during what can be a stressful time.Overall, the entire team at Just Property went above and beyond my expectations, handling everything with professionalism and dedication. I’m thrilled with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

TrustpilotI must say I am highly disappointed at…
So Sorry I am definitely talking about a South African company my apologies
Hi Sihle It looks like you are based in South Africa and must have us confused with the South African company with the same name. We are based in Hastings, Uk and are a completely different company. As you can see from other reviews, this happens to us a lot, which is a shame as we are nothing to do with this company. Please could you remove your review as it is not about our company. Thanks very much

TrustpilotJust the best
I can quite honestly say Just Property are by far the best agents locally. I only negotiated with Ashley and from start to finish he was absolutely fantastic. It definitely wasn't the easiest of journeys but Ashley made it happen effortlessly. 5* communication, proffesionalism and care. Do not hesitate to use Just Property to either buy or sell through. Thank you all so much - I'm looking forward to the next chapter in my new home.

GoogleI had a very tricky sale that was managed expertly by Colin Siggs. Without his input, dogged determination and expertise the sale would have collapsed. There is no better estate agent in Hastings and St Leonard’s and if you are going to sell a property he and Just Property should be your go too

Colin from Just Property managed the sale of my parents property, keeping the progress of the other parts of the chain on target. We were kept well informed, progress was smooth and a good deal of stress was avoided. I thoroughly recommend Just Property.

TrustpilotExcellent !!
We have recently bought a property in Bexhill via Just Property and cannot praise them enough for their excellent customer service and constant, efficient communication. If only the agents we used to sell our own property had been half as effective and helpful, the whole moving experience would have been so much less stressful.Suffice it to say it was only via the diligence of Just Property that we were kept up to date with the progress of the chain. It was very hard to pass on commission to the agents selling our property knowing full well that we had received a far greater service from Just Property. We cannot recommend Colin and his team highly enough.
Hello Gary,Thank you for your lovely words about Just Property - it is really appreciated and we wish you all the best for the future. Kind regards, Just Property.
