GoogleWe bought our home through Joseph Casson back in 2020 and had absolutely no issues whatsoever, so we didn’t hesitate at all in tasking them with the sale of the house when the time came to put it on the market. All members of the team with whom you interact through the varying parts of the sale are professional and reassuring, making you feel confident that all decisions made are in the best interest of you and your personal situation. Joseph himself has no issue with reaching out to you to check on progress and asking if there is any additional support needed, making you feel like a very valued client. In recent times, they have hired their Move Manager, Haydon who I cannot praise highly enough. There were many points within the sale where I struggled hugely with the stress of the situation, partly down to personal circumstances, and at no point did I feel as though I was being a nuisance or as though I could not reach out to Haydon to ask for updates or for pressure to be put on to hurry along the process of the sale. An absolutely superb addition to the team, and a lifesaver on multiple occasions. We are so grateful to JCEA for handling our sale so professionally, but more importantly, so compassionately. Thank you once again to all involved.

GoogleWhen it comes to selling a property Joseph Casson is the agency to go to, the team at J Cs are just the best Paris and Michelle who presented the property to clients and finding our buyer, and especially Haydon who worked tirelessly to make sure that the selling process went as smoothly as possible, nothing was to much trouble.

The whole team seemed like a cohesive unit, any one of which always had a knowledge of what was the state of play. Shout out to Paris who was a particular Gem, but they are all great.

"Lo and behold" we sold in a matter of days. The marketing of our property was exceptional, the communication was brilliant, their honesty was refreshing...all round great experience! Thanks guys

GoogleWe have been very impressed with the service provided by Joseph Casson Estate Agents, from the initial enquiry valuation, sales literature, viewings, negotiations and after sales assistance, everything has been handled professionally at all times and communication has been excellent. Special mention to Michelle for all her hard work and endeavours , but also thanks to all the team. Would not hesitate in recommending them.
