Cassons were absolutely brilliant with our house sale, they were very professional and friendly giving me updates on viewings and how the sale was going when it sold. 10 out of 10. I spoke to most of the team about different things i wanted to know and they were so helpful but Hayden was second to none, he was fantastic. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. We moved to Joseph Casson after having lost a sale through a previous estate agent, we couldn’t have made a better decision. Joe was extremely supportive from the start, happily giving advice even when we hadn’t made the decision to use their services yet. The photos looked excellent and were very professionally done, Joe took into account what we thought were the “best bits” of our house, which I really appreciated. Once listed, our house sold on the first viewing, having been shown by Paris. This was extremely positive and a huge difference from the dozens of showings we had done with our previous agent. Our sale wasn’t a simple one, owing to a language barrier and complications on the legal side of things. It meant that we had far more contact with our estate agent than is typical. At times the transaction was very tense and we leant on the team for much of our information and chasing. Haydon in particular was invaluable, he was professional throughout and phoned/emailed us daily with updates. Haydon was also very good at giving updates to the couple from whom we were buying as they were understandably concerned by the various (and seemingly endless) delays. Joe was knowledgeable and reassuring, bringing a much needed sense of calm to a difficult loss of sale. His entire team were fantastic from the off, very accommodating and quick to respond to calls and enquiries. The team were great at managing our expectations, we had no knowledge of the practicalities of the buying/selling process and their expertise made all the difference. I am confident that our sale/purchase would have gone on far longer without the help of the team at Joseph Casson. I would not hesitate to recommend or use their services again. Thank you so much.

I found these guys excellent, after feeling let down and mis lead by another estate agent I called Joseph Casson’s Bridgwater office following a recommendation from a friend, it was the best move I made. They were honest and realistic from the word go, got my property sold as promised and I found them extremely flexible. I dealt with Gabriel (Gabe) mostly and found him fantastic!! E mailed twice with no response I have give up now. Wouldn’t be at all happy if I was the seller #2... No voicemail was left as I do not have a voicemail set up on my phone , so your information is wrong... I would have expected an email at least. so I stand by my comments. Update... no voicemail was left... 100% i will not remove it as basically you are calling me a liar in longer words. Ethically ... did you ask your client?..... or as you work on a percentage you have a vested interest to sell at the higher price, did you arbitary decide to dismiss? The property is still on the market.... so clearly it is not worth £350K in the current market... and been on for quite sometime... As i still say is not worth £350k and not worth a view at that price. around 300K maybe??

Certainly not the best first time dealing with an estate agent. The viewing went good but after that it was totally out of order. My partner and I placed an offer on an amazing property only for the seller to pull out seemingly from the gross miscommunication from this agency. We spent just under £1000 on valuation fees and legal fees and not to mention the emotional connection to this house.

Joseph Casson was working on behalf of the property we were purchasing. After the original home we were purchasing fell through we found our new home listed with Joseph Casson, Michelle And Paris were great when it came to viewings and Simon was amazing over the phone when we were negotiating. Joe dealt with the sale progression which was much more difficult than it needed to be due to awful communication between solicitors, considering how busy he was, Joe did manage to get things sorted in the end alongside the other estate agents. The only thing we feel was a slight let down was the fact in the property description one of the unique selling points described was actually something the vendors were not including in the sale. This was misleading for us as obviously we offered a higher price due to the stated feature in the description. However we are overall pleased with the agency as we had a lot of experience dealing with others in town and to be quite honest the main regret we have is not using Joseph Casson to sell our own home with the more modern and unique approach when advertising and we feel we most probably would of achieved a higher asking price. Best Estate agents I have ever had. Fantastic enthusiastic attitude. Professional, great communications. Really quick to deal with everything. Always giving updates. In this day and age I grow tired of people not taking ownership and following through. Well this agency and all its employees set the new standard. They are great. Sold my Mums bungalow for me during very difficult times really quickly. First buyer messed us around for ages and sale fell through, Joe was positive and re marketed. Sold to a good buyer for the same decent price within a week. You don't have to chase these guys (and girl) around, Thanks Joe, Simon and all. Our property had been on with another agent for four months with only one viewing to show for it. We opted to change to Joseph Casson Estate Agency as we were very impressed by his website and the details of other properties they had marketed. Joe was superb from start to finish. Amongst other things, he outlined how his agency makes use of social media, as well as now-traditional property websites, to reach a wider audience. His photos (taken with an extremely impressive attention to detail) and the house details produced were far superior to those we had before, his communication was perfect throughout and his marketing tactics were spot on. He quickly secured four viewings and we agreed a deal with the person who viewed first within just a few days. He also helped unblock things a few times during the conveyancing process and gave us confidence at all times. We are about to sell another property and will be using Joe's agency again. We would very strongly recommend his company without hesitation. Update at August 2019. We sold our second property through Joe's estate agency to the first viewer yet again, but this time he secured an offer slightly over the asking price. Superb.

Would highly recommend, we wanted a quick sale and had a set amount in mind that we wanted, our neighbours house was already up for sale which occupied a bigger plot so we were worried this would be an issue. We bought our home through Joseph Casson back in 2020 and had absolutely no issues whatsoever, so we didn’t hesitate at all in tasking them with the sale of the house when the time came to put it on the market. All members of the team with whom you interact through the varying parts of the sale are professional and reassuring, making you feel confident that all decisions made are in the best interest of you and your personal situation. Joseph himself has no issue with reaching out to you to check on progress and asking if there is any additional support needed, making you feel like a very valued client. In recent times, they have hired their Move Manager, Haydon who I cannot praise highly enough. There were many points within the sale where I struggled hugely with the stress of the situation, partly down to personal circumstances, and at no point did I feel as though I was being a nuisance or as though I could not reach out to Haydon to ask for updates or for pressure to be put on to hurry along the process of the sale. An absolutely superb addition to the team, and a lifesaver on multiple occasions. We are so grateful to JCEA for handling our sale so professionally, but more importantly, so compassionately.
