GoogleOur property had been on with another agent for four months with only one viewing to show for it. We opted to change to Joseph Casson Estate Agency as we were very impressed by his website and the details of other properties they had marketed. Joe was superb from start to finish. Amongst other things, he outlined how his agency makes use of social media, as well as now-traditional property websites, to reach a wider audience. His photos (taken with an extremely impressive attention to detail) and the house details produced were far superior to those we had before, his communication was perfect throughout and his marketing tactics were spot on. He quickly secured four viewings and we agreed a deal with the person who viewed first within just a few days. He also helped unblock things a few times during the conveyancing process and gave us confidence at all times. We are about to sell another property and will be using Joe's agency again. We would very strongly recommend his company without hesitation. Update at August 2019. We sold our second property through Joe's estate agency to the first viewer yet again, but this time he secured an offer slightly over the asking price. Superb.

GoogleCouldn't be more impressed with Simon, Joe and particularly Paris. A slick, professional estate agency without the usual gimmicks. They have a straight up, efficient and dynamic approach to business with excellent customer service and values. The team sold my property in just one week, after it had been up for sale with another agent for months with no viewings. Fantastic use of marketing/online presence and beautiful offices - would recommend this company to all and won't go anywhere else in future.

GoogleWould highly recommend, we wanted a quick sale and had a set amount in mind that we wanted, our neighbours house was already up for sale which occupied a bigger plot so we were worried this would be an issue. The help given by Joe around the marketing side and the communication around viewing outcomes from Simon was brilliant. We received an offer we were happy with within 3 weeks. GoogleI had not encountered Joseph Casson before and found my experience with them extremely smooth. They were efficient and sympathetic in guiding me through the process. I felt they gave a personal service without being intrusive and pushy and liaised between vendors and solicitors with a minimum of fuss. There was none of the officiousness you can get from some agents. I would definitely use them again if the need arose. Thank you, Joe and Simon

GoogleWe bought our home through Joseph Casson back in 2020 and had absolutely no issues whatsoever, so we didn’t hesitate at all in tasking them with the sale of the house when the time came to put it on the market. All members of the team with whom you interact through the varying parts of the sale are professional and reassuring, making you feel confident that all decisions made are in the best interest of you and your personal situation. Joseph himself has no issue with reaching out to you to check on progress and asking if there is any additional support needed, making you feel like a very valued client. In recent times, they have hired their Move Manager, Haydon who I cannot praise highly enough. There were many points within the sale where I struggled hugely with the stress of the situation, partly down to personal circumstances, and at no point did I feel as though I was being a nuisance or as though I could not reach out to Haydon to ask for updates or for pressure to be put on to hurry along the process of the sale. An absolutely superb addition to the team, and a lifesaver on multiple occasions. We are so grateful to JCEA for handling our sale so professionally, but more importantly, so compassionately. Thank you once again to all involved.

GoogleAlthough its 9 months since we sold through this Company we realised we hadn't posted a review to say how pleased we were at the service we received. GoogleTop marks for this company who sold our late father’s property within the first week. The house was previously on with another agent for over 9 months. This time it was valued appropriately and we received the full asking price. The communication and service we received through to completion was excellent. I would highly recommend engaging in their services, their fee structure is very fair and very different to other agents in the town. Top marks.

The way in which they presented our property online was the best in their field. Joe's photography and general presentation of our property, was, in my opinion, far superior to the other local agent's standard.
