GoogleWe have been very impressed with the service provided by Joseph Casson Estate Agents, from the initial enquiry valuation, sales literature, viewings, negotiations and after sales assistance, everything has been handled professionally at all times and communication has been excellent. Special mention to Michelle for all her hard work and endeavours , but also thanks to all the team. Would not hesitate in recommending them.

Highly professional staff (although I only met Joe face to face). I would not go to any other agent. Definitely deserves 5 stars :-)

GoogleSuper easy to work with, always on the end of the phone. Honest, clearly hard working and produced results we were more than happy with. The whole team seemed like a cohesive unit, any one of which always had a knowledge of what was the state of play. Shout out to Paris who was a particular Gem, but they are all great.

GoogleWhen it comes to selling a property Joseph Casson is the agency to go to, the team at J Cs are just the best Paris and Michelle who presented the property to clients and finding our buyer, and especially Haydon who worked tirelessly to make sure that the selling process went as smoothly as possible, nothing was to much trouble.

GoogleJoseph Casson were excellent in helping me to buy my first home, from start to finish there services were outstanding. I have to give special credit to Haydon at Joseph Casson though, he dealt with my house move right the way through and he was absolutely amazing from start to finish, his mannerism was super lovely, polite and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was always on the end of the phone if I ever needed him. Thank you once again to you all.

GoogleRecently sold with JC and wow, what an experience. Quick, efficient, the quality of the online listing was unbelievable and we achieved above asking price. Having tried to book viewings with other estate agents in the town (and seeing how some very poorly dealt with potential buyers) it further strengthened our feelings on how we had selected the right agent for our house sale. Communication was kept to a bare minimum, which wasn't an issue as I knew everything was being handled in the background. If we ever need to sell again we will 110% use them again.

GoogleReally had a great experience of buying my first property with Joseph Casson. Gabe one of the agents agreed to show us multiple properties in an afternoon and also facilitated a second viewing. I think Gabe did a great job thinking about my needs as the buyer, and facilitating a good initial relationship between buyer and seller. Looking back I think this was key in making the sale go through despite any huddles faced in the process.

GoogleI’m reviewing this on behalf of my Brother who is currently ‘trying ‘ to purchase through this agency. He’s basically been told ‘don’t contact us for any updates/ information, we’re not here to help you, speak to your Solicitor’ Whilst he understands he’s ‘only the buyer’ one day he will be a seller! Totally unhelpful, totally unresponsive and customer service obviously doesn’t apply if you’re only the buyer. If it was possible to give it no stars we would.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
Dear Rowena, Thank you for your message. I think there is a miscommunication here, of course your brother is welcome to speak to us about his purchase, however if he requires an immediate update, it is best for him to contact his solicitor as they are employed by him to handle his purchase. This is exactly the same for a buyer and seller. The solicitors are employed by each party to handle the legal transaction. We are here to oversee and assist where there are delays or issues, however once a sale/purchase is handed over to the solicitors, they are the best people to speak to. I would be grateful, if you would please ask your brother to contact me on 01278258005 because I have no record of Mr Parsons currently purchasing a property through us. I purchased a property from Joseph Casson recently and without a doubt the best estate agent in Bridgwater especially for communication, every single question or issue you raise they respond asap to every email you send, they accommodate everything that they can help you with along with after care service. On the day you collect keys your greeted by a member of staff will a bottle of bubbly. I sold my property with a different agent who are far short of Joseph Cassons superb customer services on every aspect especially communication. GoogleWe entered into a part exchange with a developer who had their own selected estate agents, we had no communication and little support from them. so we asked if Joseph could represent us. "Lo and behold" we sold in a matter of days. The marketing of our property was exceptional, the communication was brilliant, their honesty was refreshing...all round great experience! Thanks guys

GoogleI went into the local branch to sit down and have a no obligation chat about purchasing a property and the lovely staff there took me through their portfolio of homes they had on the market and spent time with me not only showing me my options, but going above and beyond in giving me practical advise that would later be hugely beneficial to myself. They are extremely approachable, friendly and really put across a family feel, a lot of estate agents can be very corporate but you get a professional yet lovely service here. Highly recommended!!
