Recently sold with JC and wow, what an experience. Quick, efficient, the quality of the online listing was unbelievable and we achieved above asking price. Having tried to book viewings with other estate agents in the town (and seeing how some very poorly dealt with potential buyers) it further strengthened our feelings on how we had selected the right agent for our house sale. Communication was kept to a bare minimum, which wasn't an issue as I knew everything was being handled in the background. If we ever need to sell again we will 110% use them again.

Joseph Casson was working on behalf of the property we were purchasing. After the original home we were purchasing fell through we found our new home listed with Joseph Casson, Michelle And Paris were great when it came to viewings and Simon was amazing over the phone when we were negotiating. Joe dealt with the sale progression which was much more difficult than it needed to be due to awful communication between solicitors, considering how busy he was, Joe did manage to get things sorted in the end alongside the other estate agents. The only thing we feel was a slight let down was the fact in the property description one of the unique selling points described was actually something the vendors were not including in the sale. This was misleading for us as obviously we offered a higher price due to the stated feature in the description. However we are overall pleased with the agency as we had a lot of experience dealing with others in town and to be quite honest the main regret we have is not using Joseph Casson to sell our own home with the more modern and unique approach when advertising and we feel we most probably would of achieved a higher asking price. Joe Casson and his team were fantastic and top class in the service they gave us with our instruction. From start to finish, the experience was both professional and personable. The way in which they presented our property online was the best in their field. Joe's photography and general presentation of our property, was, in my opinion, far superior to the other local agent's standard. I’m reviewing this on behalf of my Brother who is currently ‘trying ‘ to purchase through this agency. He’s basically been told ‘don’t contact us for any updates/ information, we’re not here to help you, speak to your Solicitor’ Whilst he understands he’s ‘only the buyer’ one day he will be a seller! Totally unhelpful, totally unresponsive and customer service obviously doesn’t apply if you’re only the buyer.
