We have been extremely pleased with the marketing of our property especially with the drone footage which quickly generated many viewings. Joe and his team have been very efficient and always pleasant to deal with. The sale went ahead with no complications . We have dealt with many estate agents in the past and thoroughly recommend Joseph Casson as they have been the best by far.

Best Estate agents I have ever had. Fantastic enthusiastic attitude. Professional, great communications. Really quick to deal with everything. Always giving updates. In this day and age I grow tired of people not taking ownership and following through. Well this agency and all its employees set the new standard. They are great. Sold my Mums bungalow for me during very difficult times really quickly. First buyer messed us around for ages and sale fell through, Joe was positive and re marketed. Sold to a good buyer for the same decent price within a week. You don't have to chase these guys (and girl) around, Thanks Joe, Simon and all. If only Carlsberg could make a beer as well as you trade houses they would probably have the best beer in the world!PositiveQuality, Value

Absolute shambles! We drove 300 miles to view a house, the guy didn't even get my partners name right! I think the guy must be ethically handicapped. Lied about the house and didn't seem bothered, the house is a sub par build that wouldn't even secure a mortgage on.

Absolutely excellent from start to finish. Very good value too. Took us 2 years to sell mainly due to market conditions but I'm sure we'd have got there faster had we turned to Joe and his team at the beginning. Thankyou!

I went into the local branch to sit down and have a no obligation chat about purchasing a property and the lovely staff there took me through their portfolio of homes they had on the market and spent time with me not only showing me my options, but going above and beyond in giving me practical advise that would later be hugely beneficial to myself. They are extremely approachable, friendly and really put across a family feel, a lot of estate agents can be very corporate but you get a professional yet lovely service here. Highly recommended!!

I had not encountered Joseph Casson before and found my experience with them extremely smooth. They were efficient and sympathetic in guiding me through the process. I felt they gave a personal service without being intrusive and pushy and liaised between vendors and solicitors with a minimum of fuss. There was none of the officiousness you can get from some agents. I would definitely use them again if the need arose. Thank you, Joe and Simon

Couldn't be more impressed with Simon, Joe and particularly Paris. A slick, professional estate agency without the usual gimmicks. They have a straight up, efficient and dynamic approach to business with excellent customer service and values. The team sold my property in just one week, after it had been up for sale with another agent for months with no viewings. Fantastic use of marketing/online presence and beautiful offices - would recommend this company to all and won't go anywhere else in future.
