Our property had been on with another agent for four months with only one viewing to show for it. We opted to change to Joseph Casson Estate Agency as we were very impressed by his website and the details of other properties they had marketed. Joe was superb from start to finish. Amongst other things, he outlined how his agency makes use of social media, as well as now-traditional property websites, to reach a wider audience. His photos (taken with an extremely impressive attention to detail) and the house details produced were far superior to those we had before, his communication was perfect throughout and his marketing tactics were spot on. He quickly secured four viewings and we agreed a deal with the person who viewed first within just a few days. He also helped unblock things a few times during the conveyancing process and gave us confidence at all times. We are about to sell another property and will be using Joe's agency again. We would very strongly recommend his company without hesitation. Update at August 2019. We sold our second property through Joe's estate agency to the first viewer yet again, but this time he secured an offer slightly over the asking price. Superb.

Would highly recommend, we wanted a quick sale and had a set amount in mind that we wanted, our neighbours house was already up for sale which occupied a bigger plot so we were worried this would be an issue. The help given by Joe around the marketing side and the communication around viewing outcomes from Simon was brilliant. We received an offer we were happy with within 3 weeks.
