GoogleI rented my first apartment in the UK through JordanFishwick and they made the experience extremely easy and hassle-free. I dealt with Oksana, who was professional and responsive to all my questions via email or phone. I had several small issues about providing the required documents since I had just moved to the UK and Oksana worked with me to make sure the process was smooth. All told, I was able to move into the apartment two weeks after viewing it which was fantastic. The property is quite unusual and Harry gave us thorough and sound advice a few months ago. We decided to test the market and from that point Wayne handled the sale. Wayne suggested the best strategy for marketing the property and we achieved exchange in just a few weeks. My first time as a landlord so I was a little nervous but she was incredibly patient and thorough, and talked me through all the procedures. Her helpfulness was also in hand with her friendly and polite manner. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience to be honest.

GoogleWe had multiple viewings last year and finally purchased a property through Jordan Fishwick in September. Throughout the whole process they are there with you, keeping you upto date and really taking their time to understand your requirements. In my opinion dealing with Jordan fishwick was much smoother than dealing with similar estate agents in the area, they also treat you as a human, and not an opportunity to make a sale. Big shout out to Josh, thanks mate! Extra shout out to Maura who was also a great support 👏🏿

GoogleAbsolutely stellar service, way above expectation! Not often you can say this even during a property boom in a pandemic. Maura's team were excellent, providing exemplary communication throughout the whole process. I've never before had such a caring, helpful estate agent and I've sold and bought a few homes now! Really an incredible service I would heartily recommend. This incredible estate agents should be held as an example for others to aspire to. GoogleThe sale of my house and purchase of an appartmemt proved to be quite a challenging experience but with Jordan and Fishwick Chorlton (who were in charge of my sale)"holding my hand"and expertly guiding me through it all the stress was considerably alleviated and thanks to their efforts all was more than well in the end. They manage to combine excellent professional knowledge with a friendliness and empathy which is quite exceptional.I felt this from my first meeting with Harry which was one of the main reasons I chose to go with them. Maura who was the person I dealt with subsequently is really outstanding in her work ,easy to contact ,an excellent communicator and negotiator , knowledgeable and all enveloped in a human warmth -the perfect package ! And thanks to Josh for your sunny nature -always uplifting ! So full marks (and more ) for excellent customer service and skills in the property market .

GoogleWe had excellent service and a great experience of Jordan Fishwick whilst selling our house in Chorlton- starting with our initial meetings with Harry and lovely photos of the house taken by Josh. Maura was amazing- going above and beyond many, many times. She was great at negotiating with solicitors and the other estate agents involved and she was so calm and supportive on a very tricky moving day. Would highly recommend!

Inquiries about a property via Right-Move and was spammed with unsolicited marketing material from Jordan Fishwich.Emailed to state that a prospective client must provide confirmation of their subscription before receiving marketing material, as outlined by the ICO.Received blunt replies from the so-called director "Martin" that stated I agreed to Right Moves Terms of Use.I agreed although this does not cover them obtaining and using my information for such purposes. Had Right-Move emailed me directly, this would not have been an issue.Right Moves' terms of use clearly state that permission is not given to third-party companies to use this data for marketing purposes and site users have the option to opt-out of direct marketing.Martin Refused to acknowledge their breach of GDPR, so I have escalated my complaint to the attention of the ICO.I suggest they employ a compliance department to ensure they are adhering to data protection legislation.
