They were quick, professional and flexible when discussing the valuation and listing and really took the stress out of the process for us. They have great local knowledge, were adaptable with the viewings and we trusted them to work on our behalf. Would recommend and would absolutely use them again.

GoogleWe used the Chorlton branch of Jordan Fishwick for our sale & purchase in Chorlton, which have thankfully recently completed. I can not speak highly enough of them. Josh was a pleasure to deal with - gave us an honest, transparent valuation and got our house ready to market. Once we found our dream home (also via Jordan Fishwick!) they were ready to go and secured us a buyer in 10 days of the property going on the market!!!! A special mention must also go to Maura who managed our purchase & sale process and kept everyone in our large chain informed and assisted with issues as they arose. She is so knowledgeable and a great sounding board as / when things come up. I really felt like I was fully supported during the legal process. However it was also a massive team effort and you could tell everyone's expertise was pulled together to get the right result for us as both a seller & buyer! I also use them to manage a buy-to-let and can highly recommend Yasmin and the team for lettings also!

Dan was brilliant at responding to queries and keeping me informed, Josh took amazing photos and Harry’s realistic valuation meant my property sold in less than a week. I also used their recommended solicitors and surveyor who both did a great job. Highly recommend the whole package. Thank you to you all!

GoogleGlad we chose Jordan Fishwick, Chorlton for our house sale. Harry's realistic valuation ensured an immediate sale. Dan took exceptional photographs. Due to an uncommunicative solicitor we relied heavily on Maura for advice and information and she was always on hand for reassurance, chasing solicitors for action when needed. She is very professional and experienced, but also has a great sense of humour which we badly needed on occasion!

GoogleBuying a house is a stressful experience at the best of times, especially when things don’t go your way. We recently purchased via Jordan Fishwick and I can’t speak highly enough of How fantastic Stewart and the team have been. There’s been a few bumps in the road as his ordinary (solicitors, etc) but they have always been amazing, they care both about buyer and seller, keep up pace and provide support where needed, always with a positive attitude! When the time comes for our next move will 100% be using Jordan Fishwick!

GoogleThe Macclesfield Team are amazing - extremely friendly and approachable - I have to mention Rebecca in particular as I couldn't have got through the process of selling and buying my house without her. She went above and beyond as co-ordinator keeping everyone in the chain updated and informed. My Solicitors (Bennets) were disappointingly lacking when it came to communication so I depended on Rebecca and the Team 100% and was not let down. I am an extremely happy home buyer and it is all down to Jordan Fishwick - I would highly recommend that if you are thinking of selling your house or looking to buy, that your one and only port of call is Jordan Fishwick Macclesfield.

GoogleWe chose Jordan Fishwick to sell our house in 2024 because they were friendly and professional when they visited the property and I didn’t feel any salesy pressure, unlike some others. Everyone in the office was professional and approachable throughout the whole process, and respectful of the property during viewings. Olivia was the person dealing with our sale and she was patient, friendly and professional at all times. She had to be very tenacious too with chasing my solicitors and the vendors of the property I was buying. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Highly recommended.

GoogleWhat should have been a fairly simple sale of an unoccupied flat by a buyer with no mortgage was complicated by delays and a stream of enquiries by the buyers solicitor. Caitlin was able to contact both solicitors on many occasions to keep the process moving and kept me in touch with each development. Many thanks for your patience and perseverance to get the sale over the line.

I had worked with them to sell a property previously some 20 years earlier, and I was delighted to meet up with Chris Hawthorne again after all this time, to discuss a valuation and preferences regarding this sale. The latest experience was thoroughly professional throughout. We received an acceptable offer within 4 days of the house being listed. Excellent communication throughout the process mostly via Olivia Pearce Senior Sales Negotiator, but with valuable support from Caitlyn, Emily & Willow at the Sale office. Any queries were promptly addressed and at all times, the level of customer service was impeccable. I would highly recommend Jordan Fishwick to anyone , whether selling or looking to buy a property. I of course will trust them should the need for the services an estate agent arise in future

Alice was super professional, always very quick to respond to emails and kept us informed throughout. Alice was always super organised with kindly providing our surveyors access to the property when needed. I would highly recommend any of my family/friends to use Jordan Fishwick Hale, and will definitely use Jordan Fishwick if we ever needed to in the future. Alice is a fantastic member of the team and we can’t thank her enough! Highly recommend!
