GoogleKaty and the team have been absolutely amazing with helping myself and the family find a home. With me being overseas it had been difficult to find an estate agents who were willing to assist, but the first time I spoke to Katy she wanted to help me right away, and I'm so grateful. Would highly recommend using Jordan & Halstead in Wilmslow if you're looking to rent in the area.

GoogleAfter over a year of frustration using other agents Dan stepped in to take on the sale of my shared ownership home. From the beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable and always available to talk me through each stage - often outside working hours! He quickly secured me a reliable buyer and was there every step of the way - from offer accepted to completion. Dan's knowledge of the market helped get things done and we managed to go from offer accepted to exchange in just 9 weeks - surely some kind of record for a shared ownership property! Would recommend anyone looking to sell their shared ownership property to speak to Dan. Umbrella care about the person as much as the sale - a rare quality in the the world of estate agency! GoogleAs a buyer it’s not usual to have such a good relationship with the estate agent dealing with the house you’re buying, but I can honestly say Dan and his team have been outstanding! From my first point of contact to completion, they have been there every step of the way and remarkable in comparison with my selling agents. I cannot recommend Umbrella Homes highly enough. It’s such a refreshing change to feel so valued and nothing was too much trouble for them. They really did go well above and beyond for me and as a purchaser, not many people can say that! Dan was so efficient in everything he did. House buying/selling is stressful, but Dan made it much less so and was so supportive.
