GoogleI don’t often leave reviews but in this case I felt the need to. I recently had to move unexpectedly and quickly; also due to some historical financial complications I was rather nervous about the application process. Katy A-N at Jordan and Halstead was incredible throughout the whole process of finding a property to let. Katy is understanding, knowledgable, professional and attentive. I really felt like Katy wanted to help me find the right home for me and she was happy to go above and beyond. Over the period of a couple of weeks she kept in touch regularly to check in with me, offer advice if I needed it and to set my expectations. I really did not feel like I was doing it alone. I of course contacted various letting agencies regarding properties I was interested in and my unusual circumstances, however still to this day no other letting agencies have returned my enquiries; whereas Katy was straight on the case and happy to take on the challenge. Thank you so much Katy for all of your help and support, you have turned a usually stressful process into an absolute pleasure and I would certainly use and recommend JH because of you.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleSelling a property with JH has been very positive so far. Cameron has been fantastic. Extremely responsive, detailed and thorough. He managed to get plenty of views within a week of instruction and I received a favourable offer. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I would certainly recommend !

GoogleKaty is always very professional, effective and again has done a fantastic job. Starting with advice following vacation of the previous tenant to get the property in order, her network of tradesmen was invaluable, and her database and contacts to find the perfect new tenants is very impressive. Management of the whole process, including departure of previous tenant, handling new tenants' expectations, contracts, documentation and managing my own (as landlord) and contractors timescales and deadlines has been exemplary. This has made the whole process extremely smooth and simple without missing or forgetting any element for which I am incredibly grateful and it is a pleasure to work with her and I would strongly recommend Katy to any landlord or tenant.
