GoogleAbsolutely shocking company. Eager to let the property and get you in. When I checked out I had to go to the Branch after two weeks to chase the check out report. This then took another two weeks to receive. They then said they are deducting £150 for a 'deep clean' that was required and sent a few photos. I requested the check in photos as the property was thoroughly cleaned before I moved out. Had to then chase again to get the check-in photos sent and advised that I would go to the deposit ombudsman scheme. I was advised that before that I would need to follow the internal complaints procedure, which involves two internal reviews before I can go to the ombudsman. I then suggested that this would take another one or two months and the person at the other end of the phone cheerfully said yes, knowing that my deposit could therefore be held up for at least that length of time.
****I would NOT recommend this company at all.****
