GoogleIain and Myles were great from the start. Within a few hours of getting in touch they had already secured two job interviews with well known established Agency’s despite no experience in that field. I didn’t use their services in the end however am very grateful for the advice and help they gave me in that time. I Would highly recommend!

GoogleI have been a landlord with John Shepherd for many years and they have always provided a very professional and reliable service. I have just sold the property with them and Carly in the lettings department has been excellent with a number of difficulties we have encountered but she always resolved them in a professional and timely manner. GoogleTook 3 attempts to contact over 3 days, final voicemail expressing my disgust at lack of contact prompted a call back. Viewing arranged efficiently by Sade with 48 hours notice on a property that we were very interested in, Arrived at scheduled time to be told by the lovely embarrassed couple that the house had sold 24 hours earlier! No call or e mail to explain and a waste of both parties time!

GoogleWorst letting agents I've ever experienced. Unprofessional, would enter the flat without proper notice, would just make up inspection dates that changed in time and frequency every year. When we had an issue with the boiler they didn't want to know and said it wasn't their responsibility (luckily we had great landlords who contacted us directly). Made the silly mistake of looking for our next rental property with them and, despite being told we had a private viewing, we were bundled in with 6 other couples and then the woman from John Shepherd showing us round forgot the keys for the place we were supposed to see - shambles. Since leaving I have been copied into confidential emails about current tenants which is not only shambolic, but a breach of GDPR.

GoogleExcellent experience with John Shepherd, couldn't recommend highly enough! Marilena truly went above and beyond to help me move in within a tight timeframe when the landlord was being tricky to deal with. I really appreciated the effort she put in and was probably my best experience with a lettings agent.

GoogleGreat Service from Adrian and Sam at John Shepherd Cannock. Adrian had my property on the Market in no time with great write up and photos then Sam had viewings booked in and offers coming in quicker than i anticipated. Everything was easy from start to finish, couldn't recommend enough.
