GoogleMy experience at John Shepherd was absolutely amazing. My agent Lily from the John Shepherd branch in Birmingham on Colmore row, handled my move with such grace and efficiency that I honestly do not know how the process would’ve progressed without her. She made sure all my queries were answered with the most detail and ever so promptly, irrespective of what time or day it was. I have never had such an efficient as well as informative agent experience before, but I can honestly say I would fully recommend John Shepherd. Overall an utterly helpful and pleasant experience!

GoogleAn excellent experience and a step in the right direction regarding house moves that the sector needs to move towards. The virtual viewing of the house was done well and the communication between myself and agent through Whatsapp meant it was quick and easy to discuss key points. The digital platform for the inventory checks was a great improvement on the normal way of writing streams of notes. It allowed me to take quick images on my phone and upload. GoogleMyles and Iain assisted me in my search for a new role. They listened to my requirements and came up with a couple of suitable options for me from their large pool of vacancies. They were both strong communicators and always took the time to do the little things such as a short call prior to the interviews and a follow up call afterwards for my feedback. They provided a good amount of feedback from their clients and were able to negotiate me the best package to meet my needs. Overall I would rate the service with 5 stars. Having both worked within the industry they knew the demands of the type of job I was looking for and were able to pair me up accordingly. I would without a doubt recommend the Crux Careers service as its second to none!

GoogleThe consultants need work, no customer service and appear to like yelling at you over email. Myles wasn’t pleased when I asked something that apparently had been answered once before On an add... apologies for being human and not seeing it myles good luck with you career I’m sure you will do very well.....
