GoogleFirst class experience. During a period of 6 months, and a big lifestyle change for myself and my family, I approached Myles due to the way he had approached me, professionally and personally on previous discussions before I actually needed him.
During a busy period of house hunting and a relocation, I needed someone I could trust to find me a role suitable to my move and crucially in time for moving.
I actually never used another recruiter during my job search other than doing it myself because Myles understood, which is key, exactly the role that would suit me and my skills and I had the fullest of confidence and trust that he would place me in my next role.
He did exactly that! Always approachable, tenacious to search on your behalf and very personable. I cannot recommend him personally and also the Crux team enough. Myles and the team are experts within the property field and if you are not using them as a candidate or employer, ask yourself why!

GoogleTrying to deal with these agents is impossible. I’m a landlord at a flat on the ground floor below a flat they are agents too.
They have had a major leak in the flat they are agents too and basically told me they are getting a humidifier . What a joke. My tenant says the ceiling is about to collapse as in the pics attached and Julie at John Shepherd tells me the issue is fixed. No urgency what so ever on behalf of their tenants . The plumber they used used 3 different explanations for the leak and none of them are accurate.
If this is how they respond in emergency’s they are not proper agents and show absolute no duty of care to their tenants and to the other people they are affecting .NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleIf I were a prospective tenant, I would avoid. They are currently trying to withhold part of my disabled brother’s rental deposit for such grievous offences as leaving a half-full container of Shake ‘N Vac behind, and allegedly stealing a fridge magnet that was never there in the first place! Quite how he prised the non-existent magnet free, Heaven only knows, as he has no grip following a massive stroke. Apparently, he also managed to dirty the inside of an oven without him or his carers ever opening the door. I wonder how many other desperately vulnerable people have had a similar experience in the private rental sector? It certainly damages one’s faith in human nature.
UPDATE: We did not take the case to tribunal because of my brother’s failing health - we want the time he has left to be as stress free as possible. So they got away with it. I really don’t know how these people sleep at night.
