GoogleJohn Shepherd were stellar partners in helping me get my flat rented out immediately after completion. I was advised to go with them for the close personal attention they would be able to provide. As it happened, the flat was only on the market for 4-5 days and a tenant was in within a week. 2 years and a couple of tenancies later, John Shepherd continue to deliver excellent results for me. Lily and Kai in particular have been excellent at finding suitable new tenants and caring for my property. They always go the extra mile to close the deal and get the job done in record speed: professional, persistent, perfect! Thank you.

GoogleThis is the worst letting business for any landlords as they do not respect the landlords enquiries. Stolen items, and yet nothing is done about it. Tenants take deposit with half the furniture without even letting us know and yet proceeds to give the deposit back. Disgraceful!
