GoogleVery bad form John Shepherd! Made a service request back on 19th November 2022 and still awaiting their response over 6 weeks on (and this was to their management team)! Calling this agency dynamic and responsive would be a gross exaggeration. You've got my emails and telephone number so don't be shy and call me!

GoogleWhat a shambles of an organisation. The right hand has no idea what the left is doing. If you really have to deal with them, ask for Senka. At least you will have some hope of a positive outcome.

GoogleSpoke to a lady who was going to arrange a viewing for me and was told I was going to be called back after 4PM. This never happened, sent an email via Rightmove and still no response. Time wasters.

GoogleThe actual staff who let to us were generally nice. But my landlord and myself found the management to be tricky and sneaky about fees. If you have a problem and need to go to the customer service team - awful. Rude, dismissive and disrespectful. Sad because they let their staffs image down and I now would never buy or rent a house again from John shepherd Solihull.

GoogleIve been in the property over 6 years and I never had any issues with property management of the previous estate agency prior to John Shepherd .They have no interest in sorting out issues in the property or do any refurbishments to the property in 7 years, if you report anything online they want more information- more information photos serial numbers etc (I don’t work for property management so why am I doing half of your work ?) the estate agent didn’t even know where the serial number of the hob is , so how exactly I’m supposed to know ?! how about you carry out an inspection and get the details needed ?they have an ignorant attitude and all they wanna do is sit in the office , not interested to carry out property management inspections when needed for the tenant , only the annual inspection for the landlord . This is an estate agent that don’t care about the tenants needs ! Also Julie darling I hope you are not making any commissions because your attitude screams “not interested in resolving problems “ just making money - talking to you is like talking to a wall - maybe you should educate yourself where the serial number of the hob is , please and thank you

GoogleWhat a really nice experience. When we’re constantly hearing about how difficult it is to find a rental property, I was expecting to be treated like a number, but Emily was awesome, she listened to my needs, and was really interested in finding the right property for me. The whole experience was really nice, and I felt valued as a customer. Great service, hence 5*. Scott

GoogleMichelle and Emily ( Hope I've recalled her name correctly) and Jamie were beyond helpful. The empathy and support to secure a short term tenancy from these ladies was overwhelming. Following tragic circumstances I needed to find alternative accommodation and quickly, I had been to many other agents and found them to be cold, unhelpful and inform they had no property despite them being advertised. This team helped home a family in need. I am extremely thankful. To say they went above and beyond does not come close.
