GoogleI would highly recommend John Shepherd from someone who is a potential buyer, professionalism is not a problem unlike many other estate agents, very welcoming upon viewing the property and able to provide a lot of information which clearly shows they take those extra steps to ensure that buyers feel confident in the service provided.

GoogleHave lived in a property with these guys for over a year, we had a FIRE and they did not respond nor send someone out till 4 hours later. The Fire brigade and National grid both confirmed the property is UNSAFE and the electric was faulty and never completed to the standard expected. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE LANDLORDS DETAILS AND WE ASKED MONTHS AGO THE WORST PEOPLE WE HAVE EVER RENTED WITH NOT ONLY DID THEY GIVE US AN UNSAGE PROPERTY THEY ALSO DIDNT CHECK THE SMOKE ALARMS AND THIS WAS COVERED WITH MASKING TAPE THE WHOLE PLACE IS DISGUSTING
